Backstage we find Michael and JBL in their office. JBL is on the computer while Michael sits at his desk with the new UWA magazine, available on newsstands NOW! Suddenly, Santino Marella walks on, but Michael and JBL don't even notice.

Santino Marella: Hey!

Michael and JBL act like they don't hear anything and ignore Santino.

Santino Marella: Hey! You big fat-a poopy heads!

Michael and JBL continue to ignore Santino while the fans watching on the titantron laugh.

Santino Marella: Hey, look at me, I'm-a SANTINO MARELLA!

Michael and JBL continue to ignore Santino Marella.

Santino Marella: OH MY GOD! There's a fire down-a tha hallway!

Michael and JBL immediately jump up as the fans laugh.

Michael: WHAT!?!?!

Santino Marella: Now that I have you're-a attention!

Michael and JBL sigh as the fans laugh.

Santino Marella: I come here to ask you something important-a. Mikal! And Johnny the Bradshaw.

The fans laugh while Michael and JBL look at each other.

Santino Marella: Now, I find it unbelievable, that yours-a truly, SANTINO MARELLA, is not on this PPV card. I mean-a, what is it? Really? I mean-a, is it because I am incredibly talented. Or maybe it's because I am incredibly sexy-a!

The fans laugh while Michael and JBL just look at Santino Marella.

Santino Marella: So tell me, Mr. Mikal and Mr. Johnny tha Bradshaw!

The fans laugh as Michael and JBL just look at Santino.

JBL: 'Cause ya suck.

Santino Marella: For your information, sir! Santino Marella does not suck! And what he does in tha bedroom is none-a of your-a business! Thank you very much-A!

Santino Marella walks out of the office leaving Michael and JBL confused.

'I'm Comin!' plays and MVP walks out from behind the curtain to a chorus of boos from the fans. MVP holds up the '305' sign with his hands. MVP slaps the entrance way and then poses which makes fireworks explode from up the rampway. MVP down the rampway and then walks up the steel steps. MVP enters the ring and walks over to the other side of the ring at the ropes to look in to the crowd. MVP poses as the fans boo. MVP takes off his bling and hands it to the timekeeper.

'No More Words' plays and Jeff Hardy runs out from behind the curtain to a huge pop from the fans. Jeff Hardy does his dance on the rampway and fireworks explode as the fans go wild. Jeff Hardy runs down the rampway slapping some fans hands. Jeff Hardy jumps up on the apron and then enters the ring. Jeff Hardy runs in to the corner and poses for the fans as they go wild for Jeff Hardy. Jeff Hardy jumps off the turnbuckle and stares at MVP dead in the eye as his music stops playing.

Jeff Hardy vs MVP

Ding...Ding...Ding!

Jeff Hardy runs at MVP in the corner and starts to pound away with huge right hands. The referee gets in between the two and pushes Jeff Hardy away. Jeff Hardy runs back at MVP but MVP nails Jeff Hardy in the side of the head with a huge right hand which takes Jeff Hardy down. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the hair and picks him up to his feet. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the arm and irish whips him off the ropes and Jeff Hardy bounces back at MVP and MVP takes Jeff Hardy down with a big boot to the jaw! MVP drops down to his knees and drives his forearm in the face of Jeff Hardy for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy gets the shoulder up. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the head and picks him up. MVP nails Jeff Hardy in the jaw with a huge right hand. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the arm and irish whips him in to the corner. MVP runs at Jeff Hardy in the corner but Jeff Hardy moves out of the way and MVP drives his shoulder in to the steel ring post. Jeff Hardy runs off the ropes and runs to MVP in the corner and hits MVP in the hamstring with a front dropkick and MVP falls out between the ropes and lands on the apron. MVP gets up to his feet on the apron and Jeff Hardy nails MVP with a hard right hand. Jeff Hardy steps up on the second rope and nails MVP in the gut with a front dropkick and MVP falls off the apron and lands face first on the apron. Jeff Hardy bounces off the second rope and attempts a front dropkick to the chest of MVP on the outside but MVP grabs a hold of Jeff Hardy's legs and pulls him to the outside of the ring and Jeff Hardy lands hard on the floor! MVP laughs as he leans against the apron. MVP enters the ring under the bottom rope and exits back out to break up the count out. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the hair and picks him up to his feet. MVP brings Jeff Hardy to the rampway and then tucks Jeff Hardy's head in between his legs. MVP crosses his arms signalling it's going to be over. MVP lifts Jeff Hardy up in a piledriver position but Jeff Hardy sits up on MVP's shoulder and counters with a hurricanrana to MVP! Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet and holds his back. Jeff Hardy poses to the fans and the fans go wild and Jeff Hardy picks MVP up to his feet and throws him in to the ring and Jeff Hardy follows. Jeff Hardy crawls towards MVP's body and hooks the leg of MVP for the cover. 1...2...MVP gets the shoulder up!

Jeff Hardy gets to his feet and picks up MVP with him. Jeff Hardy irish whips MVP in to the corner. Jeff Hardy walks over to MVP in the corner, steps up to the second rope and nails MVP with ten right hands. At the seventh, Jeff Hardy stops to pose for the fans, but MVP takes advantage as he carries Jeff Hardy out of the corner on his shoulder and MVP plants Jeff Hardy in the mat with a huge spinebuster! MVP drops over Jeff Hardy's body and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy gets the shoulder up! MVP gets up to his feet and looks on in disbelief. Jeff Hardy gets up on his knees and holds his back. MVP runs at Jeff Hardy and nails him with a running boot to the side of the head which takes Jeff Hardy down! MVP falls over the body of Jeff Hardy and hooks the leg. 1...2...Jeff Hardy gets the shoulder up again! MVP gets up on his knees and puts his hands on his hips as he looks at the referee in shock. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the hair and picks him up to his feet. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy in a front facelock and throws Jeff Hardy's arm up and over around his neck. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy's pants and lifts him up in a suplex position. MVP throws Jeff Hardy gut first on the top rope. MVP backs away to size up Jeff Hardy and then kicks Jeff Hardy right in the chest and Jeff Hardy falls back and lands hard on the floor! MVP walks towards the ropes but the referee holds him back. The referee starts to count but MVP steps out on to the apron anyways and jumps down to the floor. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the hair and picks him up to his feet. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy in a front facelock but Jeff Hardy lifts MVP up and drops MVP face first on the steel steps and MVP falls back hard on the floor with his hand on his head. Jeff Hardy gets his hand up on the apron and uses it to pull himself up. Jeff Hardy gets up on the apron and poses for the fans as the fans go wild, but MVP gets up to his feet in the time. MVP joins Jeff Hardy up on the apron and the two met get in to an exchange of rights and lefts. Jeff Hardy jumps up and hits MVP in the side of the head with a kick and both men fall over the top rope and back in to the ring. Jeff Hardy crawls to the body of MVP and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...MVP kicks out!

Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet and picks MVP up. Jeff Hardy pushes MVP back against the ropes and screams as the fans pop. Jeff Hardy attempts to irish whip MVP but MVP reverses and irish whips Jeff Hardy off the ropes and Jeff Hardy runs back at MVP and MVP nails him in the gut with a knee and Jeff Hardy lands hard on the mat. MVP bounces off the ropes and nails Jeff Hardy in the chest with a knee drop. MVP drives his knee in the jaw of Jeff Hardy for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy kicks out. MVP gets up to his feet and turns to the referee to complain about the call. MVP says it was a slow count but the referee says it was a two. MVP turns around and walks over to Jeff Hardy but Jeff Hardy cradles MVP up as the fans go wild. 1...2...MVP KICKS OUT! The fans immediately die down once MVP kicks out. MVP gets up to his feet and runs at Jeff Hardy but Jeff Hardy kicks MVP in the gut and irish whips him in to the corner. Jeff Hardy runs at MVP in the corner but MVP runs out of the corner and Jeff Hardy runs up the turnbuckles to the top but MVP pushes Jeff Hardy's legs and Jeff Hardy falls groin first on the top rope! MVP climbs up to the second rope and sits on the top turnbuckle as he talks trash in Jeff Hardy's face. MVP lifts his boot and tries to catch Jeff Hardy but Jeff Hardy turns the tables and catches MVP's boot. Jeff Hardy steps up to the top rope and picks MVP up to the top turnbuckle to catch his balance. Jeff Hardy moves along the top rope on to the top turnbuckle with MVP and the two men brawl. Jeff Hardy pushes MVP off the top turnbuckle but MVP lands on his feet. MVP runs at Jeff Hardy on the top turnbuckle and nails him with a players boot in the leg and Jeff Hardy falls groin first on the top turnbuckle once again. MVP steps up to the second rope and pummels Jeff Hardy with repeated rights to the back. MVP throws Jeff Hardy's arm around his neck and grabs the pants of Hardy. MVP tries to lift Jeff Hardy up for a superplex but Jeff Hardy continues to hold the top rope for leverage. Jeff Hardy picks MVP up and throws him down on the mat with a super facebuster! MVP holds his gut and chest as he rolls to the center of the ring. Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet on the top turnbuckle and leaps off as he looks for the swanton bomb but MVP lifts his knees and catches Jeff Hardy right in the back and Jeff Hardy screams in pain as he rolls over on his back. MVP crawls to Jeff Hardy's body and hooks both legs for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy kicks out!

MVP gets up to his feet and holds his chest as he shakes it off and then walks back to Jeff Hardy. MVP knees Jeff Hardy in the rib cage and then MVP turns Jeff Hardy over on his stomach and hits Jeff Hardy with a knee drop in the back and Jeff Hardy screams in pain! MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the hair and picks him up to his feet. MVP goes down and drives his shoulder in to the gut of Jeff Hardy and backs him in to the corner back first. MVP gets up and nails Jeff Hardy with a couple of shots to the jaw. MVP grabs Jeff Hardy by the arm and irish whips him in to the opposite corner and MVP chases after him but Jeff Hardy runs up the turnbuckles to the top and takes MVP down with a perfectly executed whisper in the wind! Jeff Hardy jumps up to his feet and poses as the fans go wild. Jeff Hardy stands behind MVP as he waits for MVP. MVP gets up to one knee and then reaches a vertical base as he holds his chin. MVP turns around and Jeff Hardy kicks MVP in the gut. Jeff Hardy grabs MVP in a front facelock for the twist of fate and spins but MVP turns as well and then rolls Jeff Hardy up and grabs a handful of pants for leverage without the referee knowing! 1...2...3!

Result: MVP via pin fall @ 9:16.

MVP immediately rolls to the outside of the ring and raises his arms in victory. MVP takes a microphone from Lilian Garcia.

MVP: Jeff Hardy! Earlier this year in WWE, I proved that I was better than your brother, Matt Hardy. A man who didn't even get a UWA contract. And now, once again, I prove to be better than the other Hardy! Jeff Hardy, tell yourself and tell your brother this. I will ALWAYS be better than you! There is a reason they call me M...V...P!

MVP hands the microphone back to Lilian Garcia and walks around the ring and then up the rampway as Jeff Hardy has his hands on his hips and looks on in disbelief.

Jim Ross: Not the best way to pick up a victory folks, but MVP pulled it off and he defeat Jeff Hardy. But now, lets go on to another issue. A hot button issue in UWA. The Ministry. The Undertaker put together a new ministry for UWA and they have done nothing be reek havoc ever since.

Jerry Lawler: And now, JR, The Undertaker wants something from Randy Orton, the UWA Championship. And how did he get the match? By getting inside of his head with his horrific actions by sacrificing the UWA Champion's wife two weeks ago, and ever since, Samantha has been in The Undertaker and the Ministry's possession.

-12/3/07: Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton brawl earlier in the night before their UWA Championship match.
-12/3/07: Randy Orton defeats Shawn Michaels for the UWA Championship. After the match, The Undertaker sacrifices Shawn Michaels.
-12/10/07: The Undertaker says Randy Orton owes him for sacrificing Shawn Michaels and he wants a UWA Championship match. Randy Orton says there is no way in hell. Shawn Michaels attacks The Undertaker and they all brawl. A tag match between Orton/HBK vs Undertaker/Ministry Partner of his choosing is announced.
-12/10/07: The Undertaker and Big Show walk out of the tag team match. A-Train and Brock Lesnar ambush Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton and handcuff them to the ropes. The Undertaker reveals Rebecca, Shawn Michaels' wife and sacrifices her. The Undertaker says he's not finished as he brings out Samantha and sacrifices her.
-12/17/07: The Undertaker tells Randy Orton to come down to the ring but Orton appears on the titantron and says he's smarted than that and he knows The Undertaker will send his minions to get his wife again if he leaves her. Shawn Michaels appears and cleans house on the ministry, especially The Undertaker for the sacrificing last week.
-12/17/07: Kane and Brock Lesnar take out security guards and enter Randy Orton's private room. Kane and Brock Lensar double team on the UWA Champion and Kane throws him through the wall. Kane and Brock Lesnar abduct Samantha.
-12/17/07: The Undertaker tells Samantha he is a nice guy. All people see is the bad. He says whatever he does to her can't be blamed on The Undertaker, however, it can be blamed on her husband, Randy Orton for not giving him what he wants.
-12/17/07: The Undertaker defeats Shawn Michaels by DQ when HBK snapped and took out The Undertaker with steel chair shots. Ministry get the better of Shawn Michaels and beat him down while Big Show had Samantha on the outside of the ring by the throat. Randy Orton hopped the barricade and hit Big Show in the back with the steel chair and then in the head freeing Samantha. Randy Orton then entered the ring and hit all of the ministry with a steel chair, leaving only Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker standing in the ring. Samantha would get some revenge and low blow The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton took him out with a superkick from HBK and a double clothesline over the top rope.
-12/17/07: Michael says he is sick and tired of this and at Last Rites, it's going to be The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels vs Randy Orton for the UWA Championship. Randy Orton then RKO's Shawn Michaels.

'Sexy Boy' plays and Shawn Michaels walks out from behind the curtain to a roof shattering pop from the fans while Shawn Michaels has a face of seriousness all over his face. Shawn Michaels drops down to his knees on the rampway and prays to god and then the pyro shoots up from the stage and once that's done, more pyro releases from the top of the titantron. Once it stops, Shawn Michaels jumps up to his feet and walks down the rampway wearing the same face he came out from behind the curtain with. Shawn Michaels slaps some fans hands and then hops up on the apron and enters the ring. Shawn Michaels looks in to the crowd and throws his cowboy hat in to the crowd for the fans. Shawn Michaels poses in the ring for the fans. Shawn Michaels then pulls off his t-shirt and throws it to the outside of the ring and then jobs on the spot looking up at the rampway.

'Voices' plays and Randy Orton walks out from behind the curtain to a chorus of boos from the fans. Randy Orton stands on the top of the stage and looks at Shawn Michaels in the ring as Shawn Michaels looks like he's staring a hole through Randy Orton. Randy Orton looks on his shoulder at the UWA Championship and then walks down the rampway slowly as the fans pour a tremendous amount of heat on him. Randy Orton walks up the steel steps slowly and then walks along the apron and enters the ring. Randy Orton walks to the corner and gets up to the second rope. Randy Orton turns his head and looks at Shawn Michaels as he Shawn Michaels' continues to stare at Randy Orton. Randy Orton poses as he holds the UWA Championship up high and the fans boo. Randy Orton steps down on the canvas and stands in that same corner with the UWA Championship on his shoulder and now both men direct their attention to the rampway where they know who's coming next...

'Ministry' hits throughout the arena and The Undertaker and Paul Bearer walk out to a mixed reaction from the fans, surprisingly. The Undertaker looks behind him and turns around completely. Big Show walks out and he has Samantha by the throat. Big Show smiles as he looks in to the ring at Randy Orton. The Undertaker turns around and smirks as Paul Bearer, Big Show with Samantha and himself all walk down the entrance way. The Undertaker walks up the steel steps and raises his arms and the lights go on again as Randy Orton doesn't take his eyes off Big Show with Samantha. Big Show makes challenges to Orton to bring it on, but Orton just stands there. The Undertaker enters the ring and immediately goes after Orton to start the match.

Shawn Michaels vs Randy Orton (c) vs The Undertaker

Ding...Ding...Ding!

The Undertaker takes advantage of the distracted Orton as he attacks him from behind. The Undertaker nails Randy Orton with hard shots to the head and then kicks the UWA Championship to the outside of the ring. Shawn Michaels comes in and attacks The Undertaker from behind and the fans go wild. Shawn Michaels nails The Undertaker with repeated right hands to the head and takes Undertaker all the way to the corner. Shawn Michaels nails The Undertaker across the chest with a huge knife-edge chop and the fans let out a huge 'wooooooooo!' as The Undertaker yells in pain. Shawn Michaels turns around and finds Randy Orton running at him, but Shawn Michaels takes Orton down with a right to the head. Shawn Michaels turns back to The Undertaker but The Undertaker grabs Shawn Michaels by the throat and throws him over the top rope to the outside of the ring and Shawn Michaels falls in to the barricade back first! The Undertaker turns around and stomps hard on the chest of Randy Orton. The Undertaker picks Randy Orton up to his feet and nails him under the chin with an uppercut which sends Randy back in to the corner. The Undertaker walks over to Randy Orton in the corner, but Randy Orton jumps out at The Undertaker and nails him with a low blow! Randy Orton grabs The Undertaker by the hair and throws him face first in the top turnbuckle. Samantha puts a smile on her face on the outside but Big Show applies more pressure to a choke. Shawn Michaels pulls a chair out from under the ring and the fans go wild. Shawn Michaels runs in to the ring and Randy Orton runs at Shawn Michaels but Shawn Michaels nails Orton in the gut with the steel chair and then smacks the chair over the back of Randy Orton. The Undertaker runs out of the corner and Shawn Michaels swings wildly but The Undertaker dodges. Shawn Michaels turns around and The Undertaker takes Shawn Michaels down with a clothesline. The Undertaker strokes his hair back and tells Big Show, "don't let her free." The Undertaker turns back around and runs at the downed Randy Orton and hits him with a leg drop. The Undertaker quickly covers Randy Orton. 1...2...Shawn Michaels breaks it up. The Undertaker gets up to his feet as does Michaels and both men go face to face. The Undertaker lips something to Shawn Michaels and Shawn Michaels slaps The Undertaker as retaliation. The Undertaker goes for a wicked right but Shawn Michaels dodges and then starts to nail The Undertaker with hard shots to the gut. Shawn Michaels kicks The Undertaker in the gut and within a blink of the eye, Shawn Michaels hits The Undertaker with a snap suplex. Shawn Michaels gets up to his feet and heats up as the fans go wild. Randy Orton gets to his feet and Shawn Michaels runs at him but Randy Orton pulls the top rope down and Shawn Michaels flies over the top and crashes on the floor.

Randy Orton gets up to his feet and looks over the top rope with a smile on his face. Randy Orton turns around and The Undertaker hits Randy Orton straight in the face with a big boot and Randy Orton falls over the top rope and to the outside of the ring. The Undertaker walks to the opposite side of the ring and stares at Samantha. The Undertaker says to her, "Randy brought this on for you." The Undertaker turns around and sees Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton on their feet on the outside. The Undertaker runs across the ring towards that side of the ring and then leaps over the top rope and lands on both Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels and takes them down and all three men lay on the mat as the fans applaud and start to break out in a "Undertaker! Undertaker! Undertaker!" chant. The Undertaker sits up on the floor and the fans go wild. The Undertaker picks Shawn Michaels up to his feet and stares at him right in the eye. The Undertaker pulls his arm back for a punch, but instead, he low blows Shawn Michaels and the fans now boo Undertaker again. The Undertaker grabs Shawn Michaels by the tights and hair and throws Shawn Michaels shoulder first in the steel ring post. The Undertaker turns around and looks at Randy Orton just laying on the floor. The Undertaker motions for Big Show to bring Samantha to him, which he does. The Undertaker grabs Samantha by the throat and makes her look at Randy Orton as he lays motionless on the floor. The Undertaker yells, "Is that bad enough, huh!? Watch, I'll do way more worse!" while Samantha is in tears while in the grasp of the Big Show's hand. The Undertaker walks over to Randy Orton and stomps on his chest. The Undertaker walks over to the steel steps and picks them up. The Undertaker yells at Samantha, "Watch this!" Samantha tries to look away, but Big Show turns her head himself and forces her to watch. Randy Orton gets up to his feet and turns around and The Undertaker nails Randy Orton in the face with the steel steps. The Undertaker tosses the steel steps over the top rope in to the ring and stares at Samantha. The Undertaker walks over to Randy Orton and picks him up. The Undertaker drags him closer to Samantha and then shows his now bloodied face to Samantha which causes Samantha to tear up more while The Undertaker laughs. The Undertaker grabs Randy Orton's head and throws him face first in the steel ring post. The Undertaker then grabs Randy Orton by the throat and throws him down to the floor. The Undertaker picks Shawn Michaels up and goes for a right hand but Shawn Michaels dodges and The Undertaker falls back against the apron. Shawn Michaels hits The Undertaker with hard chops on the chest. The Undertaker walks away from the apron and drops to his knees as he holds his chest in pain. Shawn Michaels gets up on the apron and looks back The Undertaker. The Undertaker turns around and Shawn Michaels bounces off the second rope and tries to hit The Undertaker with a springboard moonsault plancha but The Undertaker catches Shawn Michaels on his shoulder. The Undertaker runs at the ring post with Shawn Michaels on his shoulder but Shawn Michaels slides down and throws The Undertaker shoulder first in the steel ring post.

Shawn Michaels gets back up on the apron and bounces off the second rope again and takes The Undertaker down with a spring board moonsault plancha and the fans go wild! The fans start to exchange in a "Undertaker! HBK! Undertaker! HBK!" chant. The bloodied Randy Orton gets up to his feet with help of the barricade and stares at Shawn Michaels. Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels run at each other but Randy Orton catches Shawn Michaels with a low blow! Randy Orton grabs Shawn Michaels by the tights and throws him in to the ring. Randy Orton follows and hooks the leg of Shawn Michaels for the cover. 1...2...The Undertaker tugs on Randy Orton's leg to break up the pin. The Undertaker enters the ring and elbow drops Randy Orton in the upper back. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and hits Randy Orton in the upper back with another elbow drop. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and turns his direction to Shawn Michaels. The Undertaker boots Shawn Michaels right in the head which takes him down again. The Undertaker runs off the ropes and nails Shawn Michaels across the throat with a leg drop. The Undertaker quickly goes for the cover on Shawn Michaels. 1...2...Randy Orton breaks it up with a right to the head of The Undertaker. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and kicks Randy Orton in the back. The Undertaker picks Randy Orton up to his feet and irish whips him in the corner. The Undertaker runs at Randy Orton in the corner and hits him with a clothesline in the corner. Randy Orton bounces out of the corner and The Undertaker picks Randy Orton up on his shoulder. The Undertaker throws Randy Orton face first in the top turnbuckle with snake eyes and then runs off the ropes and takes Randy Orton down with a huge big boot to the face! Shawn Michaels runs at The Undertaker and goes for a clothesline but The Undertaker counters and twists the arm of Shawn Michaels. The Undertaker drives his shoulder in to the arm of Shawn Michaels and then takes him in to the corner. The Undertaker steps up to the top turnbuckle and then scales the top rope. The Undertaker jumps up and takes Shawn Michaels down with old school and the fans applaud The Undertaker. The Undertaker looks at the timekeepers table. The Undertaker flips over the top rope to the outside of the ring and walks to Lilian Garcia. The Undertaker yells, "give me the title!" The Undertaker picks it up off her lap himself and stares at it. The Undertaker enters the ring again looks at the UWA Championship. Randy Orton gets up to his feet and The Undertaker hits the bloodied Randy Orton in the face with the UWA Championship. The Undertaker drops the UWA Championship down in the middle of the ring and then goes down to cover Orton. 1...2...Randy Orton gets his foot on the bottom rope.

The Undertaker gets up on his knees and strokes his hair back and then runs his fingers through his goatee. The Undertaker then turns his head to Samantha. The Undertaker slashes his throat in front of her which brings out more tears from her while Big Show and The Undertaker share a smirk. The Undertaker picks Randy Orton up to his feet and then picks him up for the tombstone. The Undertaker walks to the middle of the ring where the UWA Championship rests and then stares at Samantha. The Undertaker drops to his knees and plants Randy Orton on the UWA Championship with a devastating tombstone! The Undertaker puts Randy Orton's arms across his chest and sticks out his tongue and rolls his eyes behind his head as the referee goes down to make the count. 1...2...Shawn Michaels breaks it up with dropkick to the spine! The Undertaker screams in pain as he drops on the mat and holds his back in pain. Randy Orton rolls on to the apron while Shawn Michaels hooks the leg of The Undertaker for the cover. 1...2...The Undertaker kicks out and then sits up. Shawn Michaels picks The Undertaker up to his feet and nails him with huge right hands to the head. Shawn Michaels irish whips The Undertaker off the ropes and then picks The Undertaker up on his shoulder but The Undertaker reverses and picks Shawn Michaels up on his shoulder. The Undertaker throws Shawn Michaels face first in the top turnbuckle for snake eyes and then runs off the ropes and back at Shawn Michaels but Shawn Michaels sticks his boot up for sweet chin music but The Undertaker catches it and throws it down to the mat. The Undertaker then throws his hand on the throat of Shawn Michaels and grabs his tights. The Undertaker picks Shawn Michaels up and keeps him in the air for a few seconds before throwing him down to the mat with a chokeslam. Randy Orton recovers and has a steel chair in hand and runs at The Undertaker and takes him down with a huge chair shot. Randy Orton throws the chair down to the mat and hooks the leg of The Undertaker for the cover. 1...2...The Undertaker kicks out! Randy Orton gets up to his feet and and then hits The Undertaker in the chest with a huge knee drop and The Undertaker rolls to the outside of the ring. Randy Orton looks behind him and finds steel steps. Randy Orton drags the steel steps to the center of the ring and picks Shawn Michaels up. Randy Orton grabs Shawn Michaels in a front facelock in the position of an RKO and seethes as he stares at the steel steps. Randy Orton runs at the steel steps with Shawn Michaels and attempts an RKO on the steel steps but Shawn Michaels throws Randy Orton back first on the steel steps! Randy Orton screams in pain as he holds his back. Shawn Michaels runs to Randy Orton's body and hooks both legs for the cover. 1...2...Randy Orton kicks out!

On the outside of the ring, The Undertaker throws a baseball bat in to the ring. The Undertaker looks for something else under the ring but can't find it. The Undertaker enters the ring anyways and runs at Shawn Michaels but Shawn Michaels takes The Undertaker down with a huge chop to the chest. Shawn Michaels picks The Undertaker up to his feet and irish whips him off the ropes. Shawn Michaels runs at The Undertaker as he bounces back and takes him down with a flying forearm smash. Shawn Michaels jumps up to his feet and goes bizarre in the ring as the fans go wild. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and Shawn Michaels hits him with an atomic drop. Shawn Michaels then picks The Undertaker up and throws him down to the mat with a scoop slam. Shawn Michaels steps out on the apron and climbs to the top rope. Randy Orton recovers and runs at Shawn Michaels on the top turnbuckle and throws him face first in to the barricade. Randy Orton turns around and finds The Undertaker who immediately sits up when Randy Orton turns around. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and The Undertaker and Randy Orton go face to face. The Undertaker nails Randy Orton with a huge right and the fans go wild. Randy Orton retaliates with a right of his own and the fans boo. Both men go back and fourth with the fans going wild for The Undertaker and eventually, The Undertaker gets the better of Randy Orton as he nails him with hard rights and lefts to the head and body of Randy Orton all the way to the corner. The Undertaker backs away in to the opposite corner and then runs at Randy Orton and looks for a running knee but Randy Orton moves out of the way and The Undertaker crashes over the top rope and lands out on the floor! Randy Orton turns around and Shawn Michaels whacks Randy Orton over the head with a hard trash can shot and Randy Orton falls flat on his back. Shawn Michaels drops the trash can and hooks the leg of Randy Orton for the cover! 1...2...Kane runs down to the ring and breaks it up. The fans boo as Kane picks Shawn Michaels up and grabs him by the throat. Kane lifts Shawn Michaels up and chokeslams Shawn Michaels on top of the steel steps as the fans pour a huge amount of heat on Kane. Kane picks Randy Orton up off the mat and grabs him by the throat as well. Kane lifts Randy Orton up with one hand and throws him down to the mat with a huge chokeslam!! Kane exits the ring and helps The Undertaker up. The Undertaker rolls in to the ring and crawls to Shawn Michaels and covers him on top of the steel steps. 1...2...Shawn Michaels just barely gets the shoulder up and the fans go wild. The Undertaker rolls over and places his arm over the chest of Randy Orton. 1...2...Randy Orton just barely gets the shoulder up and the fans boo as The Undertaker turns over on his back and looks in to the rafters in shock. The Undertaker sits up and the fans go wild and then Undertaker gets up to his feet. The Undertaker looks in Paul Bearer's coat pocket and pulls out a pen.

The Undertaker pushes down on the top and then walks over to Shawn Michaels. The Undertaker digs the pen in to Shawn Michaels' forehead and the fans boo as Shawn Michaels screams in pain. The Undertaker finally takes the pen out of his head and blood from Shawn Michaels is all over the place. The Undertaker then walks over to Randy Orton and digs the pen in the open wound of Randy Orton! Randy Orton screams in pain as he hits his legs on the mat repeatedly in pain. The Undertaker pulls the pen out and tons of blood is on the pen. The Undertaker walks over to the ropes and shows it to Samantha. The Undertaker rolls his eyes behind his head as Samantha continues to tear up and The Undertaker throws the pen to the floor. The Undertaker turns around and chokes Randy Orton. The Undertaker applies tons of pressure as the fans pop while The Undertaker chokes Randy Orton. The Undertaker rolls his eyes behind his head and the fans start an "Undertaker! Undertaker! Undertaker!" chant. The Undertaker breaks up the choke and then hooks the leg of Randy Orton. 1...2...Randy Orton kicks out. The Undertaker gets up on his knees in shock. The Undertaker turns to Shawn Michaels hooks the leg of Shawn Michaels for the cover. 1...2...Shawn Michaels kicks out and now The Undertaker gets pissed. The Undertaker walks over to Shawn Michaels' head and now applies a triangle choke, but Shawn Michaels leg is under the bottom rope, so the referee forces The Undertaker to break it. The Undertaker gets in the referee's face and backs him in to the corner. The Undertaker chokes the referee and then picks him up and slams him down to the mat with a chokeslam and there is no referee for this one. A new referee immediately runs down the rampway and enters the ring but The Undertaker big boots the referee out of his shoes and knocks that referee out. Another referee appears on stage but stops as he sees The Undertaker staring at him and he walks back behind the curtain. The Undertaker turns his back and stomps hard on the chest of Randy Orton. The Undertaker walks over to the ropes and grabs Samantha by the hair. The Undertaker picks her up on the apron and carries her in to the ring. The Undertaker chokes her in the corner and says, "you're going to count the three! If you know what's better for you!" The Undertaker throws Samantha down to the mat and covers Randy Orton. Samantha actually makes the count. 1........... she stops and gets up to her feet. The Undertaker gets up and stares at her. The Undertaker walks to her and corners her once he backs in to the turnbuckles. Undertaker grabs her by the throat and stares at her dead in the eye and Samantha starts to tear up in fear, again. Suddenly, Randy Orton recovers and low blows The Undertaker to a ton of heat from the fans. Randy Orton grabs The Undertaker's head and takes him down with a modified neckbreaker. Randy Orton gets up to his feet and hits Shawn Michaels in the chest with a perfectly executed dropkick and Shawn Michaels falls through the ropes to the outside of the ring. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and Samantha low blows The Undertaker and the fans give a mixed reaction. Big Show jumps up on the apron but Randy Orton knocks Big Show over the head with a steel chair.

Randy Orton then knocks The Undertaker over the head with the steel chair but The Undertaker doesn't drop to the mat. Samantha low blows The Undertaker once again and the fans boo this time. Randy Orton picks up the steel steps and knocks The Undertaker in the face with them and The Undertaker drops down to his knees and arms. Randy Orton drops the steel steps and nails The Undertaker in the head with a punt and The Undertaker turns inside out and sits up looking like he has no clue where he is. A new referee runs down to the ring and Samantha takes off her heel and knocks The Undertaker in the head with the heel and The Undertaker is down. Randy Orton picks The Undertaker's dead weight up and The Undertaker is busted open a little bit on the top of his head. Randy Orton then jumps up and plants The Undertaker in the mat with a huge RKO on top of the UWA Championship! Randy Orton turns The Undertaker's dead weight over on his back and hooks the leg for the cover! 1...2...3!

Result: Randy Orton via pin fall @ 28:55 to retain the UWA Championship.

Jim Ross: He's done it! Randy Orton has retained by pinning the deadman!

Jerry Lawler: JR, it took a steel chair, steel steps, a kick to the head, a high heel digging in to his skull and an RKO on top of the UWA Championship to put down The Undertaker!

Jim Ross: It did, King, but what a match that was.

Randy Orton picks up the UWA Championship and he and Samantha exit the ring and walk up the rampway as the fans boo at the result. Everyone in the arena is booing as Randy Orton holds up the UWA Championship as he backs up the rampway. Randy Orton hugs Samantha and then holds up the UWA Championship as the fans boo. Randy Orton and Samantha look in to the ring at The Undertaker as he lays motionless in the mat but suddenly, The Undertaker sits up and stares at Randy Orton and Samantha on the top of the rampway. The Undertaker exits the ring and Big Show gets up and stands beside The Undertaker. The Undertaker and Big Show walk up the rampway as Randy Orton and Samantha run behind the curtain. The Undertaker and Big Show stop walking and then looks back in to the ring and then finds Shawn Michaels get up to his feet on the floor. The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels stare at each other. The cameras zoom in on The Undertaker's face as he rolls his eyes behind his head with the lights behind him turning blueish, purplish.

Jim Ross: That was Last Rites folks. We hope you enjoyed the show and we'll see you guys tomorrow night on USA Network! Until then, goodnight!

The cameras fade to black with the cameras zoomed in on The Undertaker's face with his eyes rolled behind his head.

BMTriple H vs Christian or the main event i can not choose but both are written superbly.

WMI dont know why it was not written badly but i did not really get into the ladder match

BP Undertakers promo and Santino Marella was a classic ROFLZ

WPOrton and Michaels i dont know why like it was a good promo and that is typical Orton trying to wiggle his way into someones good books but it just did not excite me.

BM: Definitely the main event, awesome action all the way throughout and three great competitors competing for the main title, it has a certain Wrestlemania feel to it.

WM: I feel that the Jeff Hardy and MVP match was a bit of a let down, not even reaching 10 minutes. Same goes for the ladder match.

BP: It wasn't really a promo but more of a segment, but I loved the aftermath of the tag team match where Edge's Army attacked Cena and Batista.

WP: All were good and served a purpose, so I won't go with anything for this.

-UWA trusted Chris Jericho and AJ Styles to open the show with a bang and they didn't disappoint. Both men received tons of praise after the match for how good the match was to open the show and get the fans in to it. It was obviously a given that Chris Jericho was going to win. Jericho himself wanted to put AJ Styles over, but he was over ruled by many in the back and the decision was made to put Jericho over with a big move, and that big move was a super codebreaker off the top rope.

-As we saw, the New Years Bash video package is pushing five main superstars, Mr. Kennedy, Chris Jericho, The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton. It should be interesting to note, Mr. Kennedy popped up more times than any of those other four guys put together. No word yet on this if it's a mistake, if it isn't, it's likely Mr. Kennedy is in for a huge push.

-Batista was put in to several house shows before the PPV to test out his slightly torn hamstring (which doesn't require surgery.) Batista worked through it earlier in the year while with WWE, but UWA used this differently and didn't want Batista to tear it more, so they gave him time off. He then wrestled a few house shows and told JBL, the UWA owner that he is feeling perfect, so JBL gave writers the OK to make Batista John Cena's surprise partner.

-Batista was very happy with the way his debut UWA match went on PPV. If Batista wasn't ready for the match, it was believed that CM Punk would've been John Cena's partner.

-As announced on the PPV, the first ever Cutting Edge in UWA is going to take place on the show. It's likely to end the show and it's likely going to be a huge superstar, either involved with the storyline between Edge/Umaga/Cena/Batista or someone from another rivalry.

-The original script for the PPV had Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton working a mini-alliance for a good part of the triple threat match, but Shawn Michaels refused to do it telling the creative he wanted the triple threat match to be a free for all, no alliance match. The Undertaker was well behind Shawn Michaels' decision, however, Randy Orton had mixed emotions about it.

-If rumors go true, Randy Orton is scheduled to drop the UWA Championship at New Years Bash. A fan that was allowed backstage over heard JBL talking to a writer about Randy Orton POSSIBLY losing the UWA Championship at New Years Bash. Though it's just a rumor, anything can change at anytime. Over here at PWInsider, we're taking this with a grain of salt.

-Mr. Kennedy/Ron Killings match was cut short from a scheduled 14 minute match to a 9 minute match because the Triple H/Christian Cage was given more time. Many in the back were pleased with the ladder match, but Mr. Kennedy himself said he wasn't too fond of it and he could've done a better job in the match. He placed no blame on Ron Killings and even told Ron Killings he was a great opponent in the back.

-With the aftermath of the ladder match, we here at PWInsider are expecting a Chris Jericho vs Mr. Kennedy match for New Years Bash.

-We're getting reports that Chris Jericho isn't too happy as a face. He feels he can do so much better, especially wrestling. He feels he is a natural heel, JBL thinks the same, but writers already have long term plans for Chris Jericho and can't change them up, or else it'll be a huge mess.

-CM Punk isn't too happy with UWA. He feels he's being under used. He's threatened that if things don't change, he's going to leave the company.

-After the result from the triple threat match with Samantha and Randy Orton double teaming on Undertaker, we're hearing rumors that The Undertaker is going to get some sort of revenge over Samantha and Randy Orton tonight on UWA. JBL has talked to Samantha about taking a bump where she would get chokeslammed off the stage by The Undertaker. If Samantha does go through with it, JBL has promised there will be extra padding just for her.

-Rumors are swirling around that with Edge's promo backstage with Umaga, Hawkins and Ryder, Edge may end up winning the UWA Championship, Umaga may end up winning the United States Champion and Hawkins and Ryder will win the UWA Tag Team Titles to make the alliance become the most dominant in UWA. This would end up turning the ministry face and having a long alliance war.

-Many in the back were estatic with the Triple H/Christian match. The original plan had Triple H vs Christian going just 15 minutes, but they took some of the ladder match time and the match ended up going 23 minutes and boy were management really happy. Triple H was very happy with Christian's work in the match as well and Triple H has pitched the idea to Michael to pass along to JBL for the rivalry to go even longer.

-Christian was busted open the hardway in the match after being hit on the edge of the steel steps.

-Many backstage are actually surprised that the MVP and Jeff Hardy match went short, but most of all, they're more surprised that MVP came out on top. As we reported, Jeff Hardy has been promised a huge push because of jobbing to Kane and many thought it was going to start tonight, but it seems that's not the case at the moment as MVP came out on top and reigned victory of Jeff Hardy.

-There are going to be a series of qualifying matches for the 10 man battle royal at New Years Bash. The winner receives a UWA Championship match at WrestleBowl. MVP, Mr. Kennedy, Chris Jericho or Jeff Hardy are likely to win it all if they are indeed put in to the match.

-The triple threat main event match for the UWA Championship was considered to be the best match of the night by many to all in the back. The Undertaker showed his true colors as to way he is considered the best in UWA. Shawn Michaels was said to be very happy with the match as well. The stare down with Shawn Michaels and Undertaker to close the PPV was just another one the seeds to be planted for a future rivalry between the two.
