Coming off the heat of the first ever pay-per-view in UWA history, what will the superstars of UWA have to offer as tonight is packed with more explosive action.
During the Last Rites pay-per-view, it was confirmed that in three weeks at New Years Bash, there will be a 10 man over the top rope battle royal to determine a number contender for the UWA Championship at WrestleBowl. The general manager of United Wrestling Alliance (UWA), Michael has put together a few qualifying matches for tonight's event to determine who will be going to New Years Bash for the opportunity to fight for the most prestigious prize in UWA, the UWA Championship.
Also last night at Last Rites, Chris Jericho and Mr. Kennedy won their respective matches on the pay-per-view, yet, Chris Jericho took it in to his liberty to walk out on center stage during Mr. Kennedy's ladder match for the United States Championship. Well, as we all know, Mr. Kennedy did indeed retain the UWA United States Championship, however, Chris Jericho and Mr. Kennedy had a stare down after that. What could this mean?
Batista made his talked about return last night at the Last Rites pay-per-view revealing himself as John Cena's surprise partner for the tag team match. It was quite the debut and return to wrestling that Batista wanted, because himself along with John Cena reigned supremacy when they defeat Umaga and Edge. However, Edge along with Umaga, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder didn't really appreciate the loss to highly and took matters in to their own hands when they beat down John Cena and Batista, which eventually lead to Umaga slamming Batista through the announce table. It's caused much of a stir in the UWA locker room. Was Batista's debut and return to wrestling his last ever wrestling match? How much did Batista and John Cena get beat down at the hands of Edge and Umaga?
Last night Christian Cage had something to prove, something to get off his back and that was to get the name "glorified stuntman" off his back, atleast to Triple H. Christian was telling everyone backstage that he would defeat Triple H and end his career, well, things didn't go all to kindly for Christian last night as he was brutally busted open and then got beat down by Triple H. Although, Christian did indeed win the match, but not in the way he did. Triple H got himself unintentionally disqualified when he hit Christian with a sledgehammer and the referee noticed after being knocked out. Triple H then snapped and hit Christian with repeated sledgehammer shots and ended the beat down with a pedigree. Christian has been confirmed for action tonight on UWA, but what's his condition going to be? Will Triple H still have something to say about Christian and his career? Only time will tell.
Also last night, it was a main event of the ages, it was the legend killer, the reigning UWA Champion, Randy Orton going against not one, but two heavy hitters who were hungry for championship gold. Shawn Michaels was one of them, a veteran in the wrestling business as a whole, and the next man was a dark, sadistic, satanic man who basically held the champions wife hostage until the main event was set and done. Randy Orton was a bloody pulp and no one expected the champion to retain the title in the condition he was in, but Randy Orton fought against odds and with a chair shot, low blow from his wife, steel stairs shot, a kick to the head with his wife's high heel, a punt to the head and an RKO on top of the UWA Championship, Randy Orton pinned The Undertaker to retain the UWA Championship. The Undertaker has promised that Randy Orton and Samantha will pay for their sins in the most worst way possible. What can The Undertaker mean? What does The Undertaker have in store for Randy Orton and Samantha tonight on UWA and will the three way rivalry continue?

The cameras search through the sold out Air Canada Center as the fans are all ready for some UWA action as UWA kicks off their Canada tour! The cameras turn to Jim Ross and Jerry 'The King' Lawler at the announce booth.
Jim Ross: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to UWA! We're coming off our first pay-per-view, Last Rites, and we're starting our Canadian tour and we start off in Toronto, Canada!

The lights go out and then 'Ministry' plays and the entire Ministry followed by The Undertaker walk out to a huge pop from the fans.
The Undertaker stands in the middle of the ring with a bandage over his head. Elijah Burke takes a mic and passes it on to Paul Bearer who holds the microphone up to Undertaker's mouth.
The Undertaker: Last night, at Last Rites. Obviously, the decision didn't go my way. Hell, I was the one who got pinned.
The fans boo.
The Undertaker: But I will credit Randy Orton. See he had to use a steel chair, steel stairs, a low blow from his wife, a high heel to head from his wife, a punt to the head and an RKO on the UWA Championship. So technically, he didn't beat me, but all those weapons together beat me. And yet, I'm still here standing and breathing, so Randy didn't accomplish anything!
The fans pop as The Undertaker raises his head and looks in to the crowd.
The Undertaker: January 13th, 2008, it's the New Years Bash. Our next pay-per-view in UWA. Well Randy Orton, if you are a REAL man, then it will be you and I going one on one for the UWA Championship! And Randy Orton, if you don't, I guess your wife will be suffering more consequences. Right?
The fans go absolutely wild as The Undertaker looks up at the rampway.
'Sexy Boy' plays and Shawn Michaels walks out from behind the curtain to a nice pop from the fans.
Shawn Michaels takes a microphone and enters the ring without any hesitation.
Shawn Michaels: Listen here, big buy. You got pinned at Last Rites. No matter what the circumstances where, you got pinned. That puts you in the back of the line, Undertaker. As for me, I didn't get pinned, so I'm still in the front of the line, and Randy Orton, at New Years Bash, what do ya say, champ! Randy Orton puts the UWA Championship on the line against the heartbreak kid, Shawn Michaels!
The fans give a mixed reaction. Suddenly...
'Voices' plays and Randy Orton walks out with the UWA Championship to a chorus of boos from the fans.
Randy Orton enters the ring and takes a microphone. Randy Orton hesitantly gets in the ring.
Randy Orton: I hate to break it to you, but none of you are going to get a UWA Championship match at New Years Bash! Undertaker, no matter what happened, no matter what it took to put you down you laid down and you rested just enough for me to get the one, two, three to keep MY UWA Championship.
The fans boo.
Randy Orton: And Shawn, you ain't getting another shot, either. See, you still lost at Last Rites, and wasn't I the guy who pinned you on the debut show of UWA to become the first ever UWA Champion? I believe so. So none of you are getting a championship match!
'Coming Home' plays and the general manager, Michael, walks out to a chorus of boos from the Toronto crowd.
Michael brings his own microphone as he stands on the top of the stage.
Michael: Sadly for you, Randy, I run the show! And New Years Bash is only just three weeks away. And the main event for New Years Bash, will be Randy Orton, putting the UWA Championship on the line against Shawn Michaels... and THE UNDERTAKER!
The fans go absolutely wild!
Michael: But also, the match will be a triple threat elimination match!
The fans go nuts as Randy Orton goes irate in the ring as Shawn Michaels smiles and The Undertaker nods in approval. Michael looks in to the ring and laughs before walking behind the curtain and the cameras fade to commercial.

Ding...Ding...Ding!
Jeff Hardy and Chris Jericho shake hands at the bell and then circle the ring. Chris Jericho and Jeff Hardy meet in the center of the ring and tie up. Jeff Hardy runs behind Chris Jericho and locks on a waist lock, but Chris Jericho slides out if and applies a waist lock to Jeff Hardy of his own, but Jeff Hardy elbows Chris Jericho in the jaw to break it up and Jericho falls back against the ropes as Jeff Hardy stares at him. Jeff Hardy and Chris Jericho stare at each other once again and then circle the ring again. The fans go back and fourth with "Hardy! Jericho! Hardy! Jericho!" chants as Jeff Hardy and Chris Jericho tie up again. Chris Jericho takes Hardy down with an arm drag and then applies an arm bar, but Jeff Hardy kicks up and takes Chris Jericho down with a hip toss. Chris Jericho gets up to his feet and looks at Jeff Hardy who has a smirk on his face. Jeff Hardy claps and the fans clap along. Chris Jericho and Jeff Hardy circle the ring once again and both men run at each other, but Chris Jericho knees Jeff Hardy in the gut and hits him with clobbering blows to the back with his forearm. Chris Jericho grabs Jeff Hardy by the arm and irish whips him off the ropes. Chris Jericho picks Jeff Hardy up by his side but Jeff Hardy lifts his legs and takes Chris Jericho down with a hurricanrana and Chris Jericho flies out through the second rope to the outside of the ring! Jeff Hardy runs to the corner and climbs up to the top turnbuckle. Chris Jericho gets up to his feet and turns to Jeff Hardy on the top turnbuckle and Jeff Hardy jumps off and tries for a crossbody but Chris Jericho moves out of the way but Jeff Hardy wisely lands on his feet. Jeff Hardy turns around and Chris Jericho takes Jeff Hardy down on the floor with a huge clothesline! Chris Jericho beats on his chest and looks in to the crowd and the fans give him a mixed reaction. Chris Jericho turns around and grabs Jeff Hardy by the hair to pick him up to his feet. Chris Jericho grabs Jeff Hardy by the arm and irish whips him back first in the steel steps! Chris Jericho then runs at Jeff Hardy against the steel steps and boots him in the shoulder and Jeff Hardy screams in pain while the fans boo. Chris Jericho picks Jeff Hardy up off the steel steps, lifts him up and then throws him down on the floor with a huge scoop slam. The fans boo as Chris Jericho rolls under the bottom rope in to the ring and back out to break up the count. Chris Jericho grabs a handful of Jeff Hardy's hair and pulls Jeff Hardy up and throws him in to the ring. Chris Jericho crawls under the bottom rope in to the ring and crawls to the body of Jeff Hardy and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy gets the shoulder up!
Chris Jericho gets up to his knees and looks at the referee in shock. Chris Jericho gets up to his feet and walks over to the corner. Chris Jericho unties the knot and pulls the turnbuckle padding off and drops it to the mat but the referee is there and ties it back on slowly. Chris Jericho walks over to Jeff Hardy but Jeff Hardy gets up to his knees and low blows Chris Jericho to a huge pop from the fans. The referee turns around and Jeff Hardy cradles Chris Jericho up. 1...2...Chris Jericho kicks out! Both men get up to their feet and Jeff Hardy tries to kick Chris Jericho in the gut, but Chris Jericho blocks but Jeff Hardy hits Chris Jericho with a reverse enziguri and Chris Jericho falls back in to the corner and sits down to rest. Jeff Hardy runs at Chris Jericho in the corner, jumps up to the second rope and hits Chris Jericho in the chest with a dropkick! Jeff Hardy rolls out of the corner as does Jericho. Jeff Hardy rolls out on to the apron and runs up to the top turnbuckle. Jeff Hardy jumps off the top turnbuckle for a swanton bomb but Chris Jericho raises his knees and crashes and burns on the knees of Jericho. Jericho quickly takes advantage as he rolls Jeff Hardy over on his back and hooks both legs of Jericho for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy kicks out to a huge pop from the fans. Chris Jericho gets up to his feet and Jeff Hardy sits up but Chris Jericho boots Jeff Hardy in the face to take him down on the mat again. Chris Jericho goes down and nails Jeff Hardy in the chest with a hard elbow drop. Chris Jericho jumps up to his feet and and starts to stomp on the gut of Jeff Hardy. Chris Jericho picks Jeff Hardy up to his feet and irish whips him in to the corner. Jeff Hardy bounces out of the corner and Chris Jericho runs off the ropes and takes Jeff Hardy down with a bulldog in the center of the ring and Jeff Hardy turns over on his back. Chris Jericho runs to the ropes, bounces off the second rope and jumps off for the lionsault but Jeff Hardy rolls out of the way and Chris Jericho lands on his feet. Jeff Hardy jumps up to his feet and Chris Jericho runs at Jeff Hardy for a clothesline but Jeff Hardy counters as he flips over and around the back of Jericho and then takes him down with a DDT! Jeff Hardy turns Chris Jericho over on his back and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...Chris Jericho grabs a hold of the bottom rope to break up the count.
Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet and picks Chris Jericho up with him. Jeff Hardy goes for a right to Jericho but Jericho blocks it and goes for a right of his own, but Jeff Hardy blocks it and kicks Chris Jericho in the gut. Jeff Hardy grabs Chris Jericho in a front facelock and spins around for the twist of fate but Chris Jericho blocks it by getting his hands on the ropes and Jeff Hardy crashes on the mat. Chris Jericho drops to his knees and cradles Jeff Hardy up and grabs a hold of the second rope with one arm for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy kicks out and Chris Jericho falls out through the bottom rope to the outside of the ring and the fans go wild. Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet and holds his head as he stands by the ropes and waits for Chris Jericho on the outside. Chris Jericho gets up to his feet on the outside and turns around and Jeff Hardy bounces off the bottom rope and tries to nail Chris Jericho in the chest with a front dropkick but Chris Jericho catches Jeff Hardy's legs and turns him around for a modified walls of Jericho. Jeff Hardy lays on top of the bottom rope so the referee starts a count. 1...2...3...4...Chris Jericho releases the walls of Jericho and Jeff Hardy brings himself back in to the ring and holds his back in pain. Chris Jericho crawls in to the ring and hooks both legs of Jeff Hardy for the cover. 1...2...Jeff Hardy kicks out and the fans go wild. Chris Jericho gets up to his feet and steps out on to the apron and climbs up to the top turnbuckle. Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet and turns around to Jericho but Jeff Hardy wisely falls against the top rope and Jericho loses his balance and falls groin area first on the top turnbuckle. Jeff Hardy jumps up to Chris Jericho and nails him with a huge right hand across the jaw. Jeff Hardy steps up to the second rope and clobbers Chris Jericho with repeated rights and lefts to the head. Jeff Hardy nails Chris Jericho in the gut with a hard knee and then grabs Chris Jericho in a front facelock. Chris Jericho gets to his feet on the top turnbuckle as Jeff Hardy continues to hold Chris Jericho in a front facelock. Jeff Hardy spins and hits Chris Jericho in the middle of the ring with a super twist of fate and the fans go wild as Chris Jericho turns over on his back and Jeff Hardy falls on his side and holds his back in pain. Jeff Hardy continues to hold his back as he turns over on his belly and stares at Chris Jericho and Jericho lays motionless on the mat. Jeff Hardy uses all the strength he has left in the tank to crawl himself to Chris Jericho's body and then places his arm over the chest of Jericho for the cover. 1...2...Chris Jericho gets the shoulder up and the fans boo.
Jeff Hardy turns over on his back and sits up as he looks on in disbelief. Jeff Hardy strokes his hair back and then gets up to his feet with his hand still on his back. Jeff Hardy walks to the legs of Chris Jericho and holds them up. Jeff Hardy screams but Chris Jericho opens his legs up, wraps them around the waist of Jeff Hardy and rolls him up. 1...2...Jeff Hardy kicks out! Both men get up to their feet and Chris Jericho turns around and Jeff Hardy takes Chris Jericho down with a flying forearm smash. Chris Jericho gets up to his feet right away and Jeff Hardy runs at him by Chris Jericho kicks Jeff Hardy in the gut. Chris Jericho grabs Jeff Hardy by the arm and irish whips him in to the corner but Jeff Hardy runs up to the top turnbuckle and takes Chris Jericho down with a whisper in the wind. Jeff Hardy quickly hooks the leg of Chris Jericho for the cover. 1...2...Chris Jericho kicks out and the fans pop changes to boos. Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet and then picks Chris Jericho up but Chris Jericho trips Jeff Hardy down to the mat and then applies a walls of Jericho to Jeff Hardy. Chris Jericho applies tons of pressure as Jeff Hardy screams in pain and the fans boo. Chris Jericho screams tap but Jeff Hardy won't! Jeff Hardy drags himself closer and closer to the ropes and the fans go insane, but Chris Jericho drags Jeff Hardy back to the middle of the ring and the fans boo. Chris Jericho releases the hold and Mr. Kennedy appears on the apron and Chris Jericho nails Mr. Kennedy with a hard shot to the jaw which sends the United States Champion off the apron and to the floor. Chris Jericho looks at Kennedy on the floor and then turns around but Jeff Hardy kicks Chris Jericho in the gut, grabs him in a front facelock and plants Chris Jericho in the mat with a thunderous twist of fate! Jeff Hardy turns Chris Jericho over on his back as the fans go wild and Jeff Hardy hooks the leg of Chris Jericho and the referee goes down to make the count! 1...2...3!
Result: Jeff Hardy via pin fall @ 11:36 to advance to the battle royal at New Years Bash
Jim Ross: Jeff Hardy is advancing to the battle royal at New Years Bash in three weeks! He now has the possibility to win it and head to WrestleBowl to face the UWA Champion, whoever it may be.
Jeff Hardy gets up to his feet as does Mr. Kennedy and the two stare each other down. Mr. Kennedy then picks up the United States Championship and stares at Chris Jericho on the mat. Mr. Kennedy talks trash to Chris Jericho from the outside as Jeff Hardy poses in the ring! Mr. Kennedy drops the United States Championship and enters the ring. Mr. Kennedy picks Chris Jericho up off the mat and plants Jericho in the mat with a Mic Check! Mr. Kennedy gets up and talks trash in Chris Jericho's face as the fans give Kennedy a mixed reaction, surprisingly, mostly cheers. Mr. Kennedy turns around and exits the ring and picks the United States Championship up off the floor and walks up the rampway like nothing happened. Mr. Kennedy stands mid-rampway and poses as the fans give him a mixed reaction, but Mr. Kennedy yells at them and says, "SHUT UP!" and the mixed reaction turns in to a ton of heat from the fans towards Kennedy. Chris Jericho raises his head and looks at Kennedy at the rampway as he holds up the United States Championship and the cameras fade to commercial.

| Highlights from the Triple H/Christian match at Last Rites just last night play.
Backstage we find Mr. Kennedy walking down the hallways with a huge smile on his face and the United States Championship on his shoulder. He runs in to the general manager, Michael, who receives tons of heat from the fans.
Mr. Kennedy: Michael! What's happening man?
Michael: Nothing. Except, I just watched you beat Chris Jericho's ass down moments ago.
The fans boo as Mr. Kennedy laughs.
Mr. Kennedy: You like that, right?
Michael looks up at the roof and then back at Kennedy.
Michael: Ken, what were you trying to accomplish by that attack?
Mr. Kennedy shrugs.
Michael: It didn't do ya any good, that's for sure. JBL watched the attack too, and he informed me, to inform you, that he's made a match for you official for New Years Bash.
The fans pop as Kennedy looks at Michael in a bit of shock.
Mr. Kennedy: What's that?
Michael: Because of your attack, your match at New Years Bash, is going to be you, putting that United States Championship on the line, against Y2J, Chris Jericho.
The fans go wild as Mr. Kennedy looks at Michael in shock.
Mr. Kennedy: JBL made that decision?
Michael: Yep.
Mr. Kennedy: Where is he, we're going to have a talk.
Michael walks off as Mr. Kennedy follows and the cameras fade.

Ding...Ding...Ding!
CM Punk and Kane circle the ring and Kane puts a slight smirk on his face. CM Punk and Kane meet up in the center of the ring and tie up but Kane throws CM Punk in to the corner. CM Punk looks at Kane in shock and then runs at him but Kane nails him with a huge right hand to the jaw. Kane grabs CM Punk by the arm and irish whips him in to the corner. Kane runs at CM Punk in the corner and nails CM Punk across the chest with a clothesline. Kane grabs CM Punk by the arm and pulls him out of the corner and takes him down with a huge clothesline! Kane hooks the leg of CM Punk for the cover. 1...2...CM Punk kicks out! Kane grabs CM Punk by the hair and picks him up to his feet but CM Punk pushes Kane away and nails him with hard kicks to the rib cage. CM Punk drives his shoulder in to the gut of Kane and backs him in to the corner. CM Punk gets up to the second rope to corner Kane and nails him with two right hands to the top of the head but Kane pushes CM Punk away. CM Punk gets right up to his feet and stares at Kane in the corner. CM Punk runs at Kane in the corner but Kane shoots straight out of the corner towards Punk and takes him down with a hard clothesline! Kane looks in to the crowd and laughs as the fans give a mixed reaction towards Kane. Kane then looks down at CM Punk on the mat as he holds his throat and laughs. Kane drops down to his knees and hooks the leg of CM Punk for the cover. 1...2...CM Punk gets the shoulder up! Kane gets up to his knees and looks at the referee in shock. Kane grabs Punk by a handful of hair and picks CM Punk up to his feet. Kane picks CM Punk up on his shoulder and runs in to the corner but Punk slides off Kane's shoulder and pushes Kane chest first in the corner. Kane bounces out of the corner and CM Punk nails Kane across the side of the head with a huge kick and Kane flips over the top rope to the outside of the ring but lands on his feet. CM Punk runs up to the top turnbuckle and jumps to the outside on Kane but Kane catches CM Punk. Kane then runs to the steel ring post and drives CM Punk spine first in the ring post. CM Punk drops to his knees and holds his back in pain as Kane stands behind Punk and laughs. Kane boots CM Punk in the back and Punk falls face first on the floor. Paul Bearer claps for Kane as Kane looks at Bearer and nods. Kane rolls under the bottom rope in to the ring and rolls back out. Kane grabs CM Punk by the hair and throws him back in to the ring. Kane quickly follows Punk in to the ring and hooks the leg of Punk for the cover. 1...2...CM Punk kicks out!
Kane grabs CM Punk by the head and picks him up. Kane nails CM Punk under the chin with a hard uppercut and CM Punk falls back against the ropes. Kane takes his time walking to CM Punk, but CM Punk runs off the ropes and takes Kane down with a forearm smash to the jaw. Kane gets up to his feet and CM Punk kicks Kane in to the gut and Kane backs in to the corner. CM Punk nails Kane with hard hamstring kicks and then goes for a shot to the head but Kane blocks it and then grabs CM Punk by the throat. Kane picks CM Punk up but CM Punk slides through Kane's grip and lands on his feet. CM Punk runs behind Kane and takes him down with a reverse neckbreaker! CM Punk hooks the leg of Kane for the cover. 1...2...Kane gets the shoulder up! CM Punk gets up to his feet and jumps up and down as he sizes up Kane. The fans start to chant "CM Punk! CM Punk!" Kane gets up to his feet and turns around and CM Punk nails Kane under the jaw with a huge superkick and Kane falls down in the middle of the ring. CM Punk covers Kane and the referee goes down to make the count. 1...2...Kane kicks out! CM Punk gets up to his feet and stands in the corner as he waits for Kane. Kane sits up to a huge amount of boos from the crowd but then CM Punk runs at Kane and hits him with a low dropkick in the kidneys of Kane. Kane screams in pain and rolls to the corner to help himself up. Kane turns his back in the corner and holds back as CM Punk stares at Kane and the fans go wild. CM Punk runs at Kane in the corner and nails him in the chin with a high knee. CM Punk grabs Kane's head and runs out of the corner with Kane for a bulldog but Kane uses his strength to lift CM Punk up high and then plants him in the mat with a back suplex! CM Punk sits up and holds his head and Kane throws CM Punk's body down and hooks the leg of Punk for the cover. 1...2...CM Punk kicks out! Kane gets up to his feet and stares down at CM Punk. Kane jumps up and drives his leg in to the chest of CM Punk with a huge leg drop! Kane then hooks the leg of CM Punk for the cover. 1...2...CM Punk gets his free leg on the bottom rope. Kane gets up to his feet and looks at CM Punk in shock.
Kane walks over to the ropes towards Paul Bearer and Paul Bearer hands Kane a lighter and pulls a gasoline bottle out from under the ring. Kane opens the gasoline bottle up and dumps the entire bucket over CM Punk's body. Kane then lights the lighter and puts a sadistic and satanic smirk on his face. Kane walks over to CM Punk but CM Punk kicks Kane in the gut and Kane drops the lighter to the outside of the ring. CM Punk gets up to his feet and nails Kane with a combination of kicks and punches. CM Punk runs off the ropes and takes Kane down with a running knee to the jaw. CM Punk jumps over the top rope and lands on the apron. CM Punk holds on to the top rope as he stares at Kane. Kane gets up to his feet and turns around to CM Punk and CM Punk jumps up, bounces off the top rope towards Kane and takes Kane down with a flying clothesline! CM Punk jumps up to his feet and yells as the fans go wild. Kane gets up to his feet and CM Punk lifts Kane up on his shoulders. CM Punk then throws Kane off and nails him right in the face with a go to sleep and Kane backs all the way to the ropes and then falls through the middle and top rope to the outside of the ring. Kane gets up on one knee and holds his nose as he looks up at CM Punk in the ring. CM Punk uses the top rope and launches himself over to the outside of the ring and takes Kane down! Both men lay on the floor exhausted and hurt as the referee starts to count. 1.....2.....3.....4.....5.....6......7.....8.....9.....CM Punk gets up to his feet and walks to the ring but Kane grabs on to CM Punk's foot and doesn't allow him to enter the ring.....10!
Result: Double Countout @ 7:13.
Kane gets up to his feet as the bell rings and attacks CM Punk from behind. An all out brawl breaks out as both men exchange huge right hands. Kane backs away from CM Punk for one second and then CM Punk nails Kane upside the head with a hard kick and Kane falls to the mat. Paul Bearer checks on Kane but CM Punk nails Paul Bearer in the side of the head with a huge kick and Paul Bearer is out of it!
'Coming Home' plays and Michael walks out to a huge amount of heat from the fans. Michael remains on the top of the stage with a microphone.
Michael: CM Punk, Kane, since both of you fought to a double countout. You may think you don't got to the battle royal. Well it's the complete opposite. See none of you lost anyways, so both of you guys have joined Jeff Hardy in the 10 man battle royal at New Years Bash!
The fans go wild as CM Punk stands against the apron and nods. Suddenly, The Undertaker walks out from behind the curtain and says something to Michael. The fans go wild as Michael just nods.
Michael: CM Punk, you may be added to the 10 man battle royal. But tonight is your lucky night, because you have one more match. No, it's not right now. But it will be the main event. And it's revenge for kicking Paul Bearer in the head just now. The main event will be CM Punk going one on one with... the man right beside me, The Undertaker!
The fans go wild as CM Punk looks at The Undertaker in shock. The Undertaker looks up at the roof of the arena and then looks to the right as The Undertaker's symbol hangs from the roof. CM Punk licks his lips and nods as the cameras fade.

| Backstage we find Edge walking back and fourth in his locker room as Hawkins and Ryder just sit on chairs and watch him. Edge stokes his hair back and rubs his face. The cameras go somewhere else in the back.
Backstage we find Mr. Kennedy in JBL's office. Both men are screaming and yell and arguing at each other.
JBL: SHUT UP! I'm the owner of UWA, I'm speaking first. Since you enjoy interrupting matches so much, I've decided to put you in a match, TONIGHT!
Mr. Kennedy: WHAT!? You gotta be kidding me! You already put me in a match with Chris Jericho at New Years Bash!
JBL: And I'm putting you in a match tonight!
Mr. Kennedy: Against who, huh? I'm the United States Champion, no one you put against me can even contend to me!
JBL: Your opponent is... SHAWN MICHAELS!
The fans go wild as Mr. Kennedy looks at JBL in disbelief. Mr. Kennedy slowly backs away and then walks out of the office in shock. JBL laughs as the cameras come back to the ring.
'One Of A Kind' plays and Rob Van Dam walks out to a huge pop from the fans.
'Just Close Your Eyes' plays and Christian walks out to a huge amount of heat from the fans as he has a big bandage on his forehead and looks angry.
10 Man Battle Royal Qualifying Match

Ding...Ding...Ding!
Christian and Rob Van Dam circle the ring and then tie up in the center of the ring. RVD backs Christian in the corner and the referee gets in the middle of them to seperate them with a clean break, but Christian slaps Rob Van Dam across the face and RVD backs to the middle of the ring. Christian jumps up to the second rope and takes Rob Van Dam down with a crossbody! Christian hooks the leg of Rob Van Dam for the cover. 1...2...Rob Van Dam kicks out! Christian gets up to his feet and picks Rob Van Dam up with him. Christian pushes RVD against the ropes and then irish whips him. Christian bends down for RVD but Rob Van Dam rolls over on top of Christian's back and lands on his feet behind Christian. Christian turns around and Rob Van Dam takes Christian down with a spinning kick to the chin of Christian and Christian rolls under the bottom rope to the outside of the ring. Christian lands on his feet and holds his chin as Rob Van Dam stands by the ropes inside the ring and waits for Christian. Eventually, Christian turns around to face Rob Van Dam in the ring and Rob Van Dam launches himself over the top rope and takes Christian down with a crossbody! Rob Van Dam jumps up to his feet and on the floor and raises his arms up in the air and the fans go wild. Rob Van Dam points at himself three times and says "Rob Van Dam!" Rob Van Dam grabs Christian by the head and nails him with a couple of knees to the gut and then throws Christian's arm up and around his neck. Rob Van Dam grabs Christian by the tights and picks him up for a suplex but Rob Van Dam throws Christian gut first on the top of the barricade and makes sure Christian stays on the barricade as he steps up on to the apron. Rob Van Dam points at himself three times again and says "Rob Van Dam!" as the fans go the exact same thing as RVD does it. Rob Van Dam then jumps off the apron and hits Christian in the upper back with a spin kick and Christian falls over the barricade and lands hard on the floor as he holds his back. Rob Van Dam gets up to his feet and looks down at Christian with a smirk on his face. Rob Van Dam rolls under the bottom rope and back to the outside of the ring to restart the ring out count. Rob Van Dam picks Christian up by the head and then throws him under the bottom rope and back in to the ring. Rob Van Dam follows Christian back in the ring and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...Christian kicks out!
Rob Van Dam picks Christian up to his feet but Christian pokes Rob Van Dam in the eye to a huge amount of heat from the fans. Christian grabs Rob Van Dam by the arm and irish whips him in to the corner. Christian runs at Rob Van Dam in the corner but Rob Van Dam wisely lifts his feet and catches Christian in the chin which sends Christian back to the middle of the ring. Rob Van Dam turns around so his chest is to the corner and jumps up to the second turnbuckle and jumps up high for a standing moonsault on Christian but Christian dodges and runs to the corner himself and Rob Van Dam lands on a vertical base. Christian jumps up to the second turnbuckle and jumps up at Rob Van Dam and takes him down with a reverse elbow to the chest of Rob Van Dam! Christian quickly takes advantage and hooks the leg of Van Dam for the cover. 1...2...Rob Van Dam kicks out! Christian gets up to his knees and nails Rob Van Dam in the top of the head with repeated right hands. Christian gets up to a vertical base and stomps on RVD hard in the chest. Christian grabs Rob Van Dam by the hair and nails Rob Van Dam upside the chin with a European uppercut and Rob Van Dam falls back against the ropes. Christian grabs Rob Van Dam by the arm and irish whips him off the opposite set of ropes. Rob Van Dam bounces back at Christian and Christian lifts Rob Van Dam up for a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker but Rob Van Dam slides off by sliding down his shoulder. Christian turns around and Rob Van Dam goes for a kick to the gut but Christian blocks it and Rob Van Dam goes for an enziguri but Christian dodges but Rob Van Dam lands on his feet and then nails Christian in the jaw with a huge reverse enziguri and Christian falls down to the mat! Rob Van Dam rolls to the body of Christian and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...Christian kicks out! Rob Van Dam gets up to his feet and stomps on chest of Christian and Christian rolls closer to the ropes. Rob Van Dam looks down at Christian's body and then stares at the ropes as the fans go wild. Rob Van Dam runs off the ropes, rolls on the mat and attempts a rolling thunder but Christian rolls out on to the apron and Rob Van Dam crashes and burns on the mat. Christian gets up to his feet on the apron and then climbs up to the top turnbuckle. Christian looks down at Rob Van Dam and then jumps off the top turnbuckle for a frog splash but Rob Van Dam slides out of the way and Christian lands gut and chest first on the mat! Rob Van Dam rolls Christian over on his back and hooks the leg of Christian for the cover. 1...2...Christian kicks out!
Rob Van Dam falls over on his back as Christian crawls to the corner and leans against the bottom turnbuckle as he sits in the corner. Rob Van Dam gets up to his feet and runs at Christian in the corner and drives his knee in the chest of Christian. Rob Van Dam walks to the other corner and climbs up to the top turnbuckle and then scales the top rope a bit. Rob Van Dam stands up straight on the top rope as the fans go wild and then Rob Van Dam jumps off the top rope and nails Christian in the chest with a coast to coast dropkick from the other side of the ring! The fans go wild as Christian rolls to the center of the ring and holds his chest. Rob Van Dam gets up to his feet and leaps up to the top turnbuckle as the fans go wild. Rob Van Dam stands up on the top turnbuckle and points at himself three times with the fans chanting "Rob! Van! Dam!" Rob Van Dam jumps off the top turnbuckle for a five star frog splash but Christian slides out of the way and Rob Van Dam lands on his chest hard on the mat. Rob Van Dam holds his chest as he rolls around the mat in pain. Christian gets up to his feet with one hand on his chest and yells "It's OVER!" Christian then slightly turns his head and finds Triple H on the rampway with a sledgehammer and the fans are going absolutely nuts in Toronto, Ontario! Triple H walks down the rampway as Christian stares at Triple H with shock on his face. Triple H walks up the steel steps slowly and Christian continues to stare at Triple H in shock. Christian shakes his head and turns around but Rob Van Dam kicks Christian in the gut, throws his arm up and around his neck and picks him up for a suplex but instead throws Christian down face first in the middle of the ring and Christian remains lying on his stomach as Rob Van Dam gets out on to the apron and climbs up to the top turnbuckle. Rob Van Dam immediately leaps off the top turnbuckle and connects with a five star frog splash on Christian's back! Christian screams in pain as he looks like he gets the wind knocked out of him as he turns over on his back slowly. Rob Van Dam crawls to Christian's body and hooks the leg of the cover. 1...2...3!
Result: Rob Van Dam via pin fall @ 8:23 to advance to the 10 man battle royal
Jim Ross: Rob Van Dam advances to New Years Bash for the right to fight at WrestleBowl for the UWA Championship!
Triple H enters the ring and Rob Van Dam rolls under the bottom rope to the outside of the ring. Triple H looks down at the body of Christian. Christian sat up with his eyes closed and held his back. Christian opened his eyes and saw a sledgehammer in front of his face. Christian looks up at Triple H, who looks down at Christian. Triple H then nails Christian in the top of the head with the sledgehammer. Triple H rips the bandage off the head of Christian and nails him with repeated sledgehammer shots right to the wound of Christian and now Christian is busted open once again. Triple H now goes down to the ribs of Christian as he continues to ambush Christian with sledgehammer shots to the ribs. JBL runs out from behind the curtain with a microphone.
JBL: STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP! Dammit, Triple H! Please stop! What do ya want? Why are you doing this!? What do you want?
In the ring, Triple H grabs a microphone.
Triple H: What do I want? I want Christian. Three weeks away, New Years Bash, I want Christian, one on one, in a sledgehammer on the pole match!
The fans go wild as JBL is at a loss for words.
JBL: If I accept this match for New Years Bash, will ya stop with the beat down?
Triple H: Hell yeah.
JBL: Fine, you got yourself a match at New Years Bash, Triple H!
Triple H smiles.
Triple H: Now that you've accepted the match for the card, I just have to do one little tiny thing.
Triple H drops the microphone and the sledgehammer and picks the bloodied Christian up. Triple H tucks Christian's head in between his legs and hooks the arms. Triple H jumps up with Christian and then plants him in the mat with a pedigree! Triple H jumps up to his feet to a huge pop from the fans and rips his shirt off as the ladies in the crowd go wild. Triple H's music plays as Triple H looks back at Christian on the mat and then steps up to the second turnbuckle to pose for the fans. The cameras fade.
Backstage we find a split screen of Mr. Kennedy and Shawn Michaels walking down the hallways as they get ready for their match. IT'S NEXT!!

AJ Styles: I won't hesitate to eliminate you either, MVP. But first, lets focus on winning the tag team match next week before we go around sayin' we'll eliminate each other in the battle royal, alright, man. We on the same page for next week?
MVP: You know we are man.
MVP and AJ Styles look at each other before MVP walks off down the hallway.
Jerry Lawler: It seems that MVP and AJ Styles have formed a mini-alliance now, at least for next week.
Jim Ross: Yeah, next week, we're going to see MVP and AJ Styles team up for the first time ever and they're going to go against Ted DiBiase and DH Smith.
'Sexy Boy' plays and Shawn Michaels walks out to a mixed reaction from the fans.
'KENNEDY!' is heard followed by 'Turn Up The Trebble' and Mr. Kennedy walks out to a surprising pop from the fans. Mr. Kennedy reaches for a microphone in the middle of the ring.
Mr. Kennedy: Ladies and gentlemen. Mr. Kennedy and Shawn Michaels walk out of their corners and start to circle the ring. Mr. Kennedy makes the first move as he steps in to the middle of the ring and Shawn follows and both men tie up. Mr. Kennedy slides by Shawn Michaels and applies a hammerlock on Shawn Michaels, but Shawn Michaels rolls out of it and applies a hammerlock of his own on Mr. Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy lifts Shawn Michaels up on his back and then backs him in to the corner as Michaels' releases the hold. Mr. Kennedy turns around and nails Shawn Michaels in the jaw with a huge right hand. Mr. Kennedy grabs Shawn Michaels by the arm and irish whips him in to the corner and Shawn Michaels bounces out of the corner towards Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Kennedy takes Shawn Michaels down with a clothesline to the chest of Shawn Michaels which takes him off his feet. Mr. Kennedy drops down to his knees and hooks the leg of Shawn Michaels for the cover. 1...2...Shawn Michaels kicks out! Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and grabs Shawn Michaels by the hair and takes him to the corner where he throws Shawn Michaels face first in the top turnbuckle. Mr. Kennedy turns Shawn Michaels' back to the corner and goes for a chop but Shawn Michaels moves out of the way and Kennedy hits his hand on the top turnbuckle. Kennedy turns around and Shawn Michaels nails Mr. Kennedy with repeated right hands to the head which send Kennedy back in to the corner. Shawn Michaels winds up and nails Kennedy across the chest with a huge knife-edge chop and Mr. Kennedy screams in pain as Shawn Michaels throws him back in to the corner and nails Mr. Kennedy with another knife-edge chop across the chest. Shawn Michaels throws Kennedy back in to the corner and winds up for another, but Mr. Kennedy kicks Shawn Michaels in the knee to give him some rest. Mr. Kennedy grabs Shawn Michaels by the tights and hair and throws him through the middle rope to the outside of the ring and Shawn Michaels lands hard on the floor. Mr. Kennedy steps through the ropes out on to the apron and stands there as he waits for Shawn Michaels. Shawn Michaels gets up to his feet and turns around as Mr. Kennedy jumps off the apron towards Shawn Michaels but Shawn Michaels takes Mr. Kennedy down in mid-air with a huge knife-edge chop and Mr. Kennedy lands hard on the floor as he holds his chest in pain! Shawn Michaels smiles as he picks Mr. Kennedy up while looking in the corner. Shawn Michaels grabs Mr. Kennedy by the head and throws him face first in the steel steps and then throws him under the bottom rope and back in to the ring. Shawn Michaels' follows and hooks the leg of Mr. Kennedy. 1...2...Mr. Kennedy gets the shoulder up!
Shawn Michaels gets up to his feet and looks down at Mr. Kennedy. Shawn Michaels picks Mr. Kennedy up to his feet and pushes him in to the corner. Shawn Michaels grabs Mr. Kennedy by the arm and irish whips him in to the corner but Mr. Kennedy quickly counters and throws Shawn Michaels in to the corner. Shawn Michaels bounces out of the corner and Mr. Kennedy dropkicks the knee of Shawn Michaels to take him down to one knee on the mat. Mr. Kennedy runs off the ropes and takes Shawn Michaels down with a huge swinging neckbreaker! Mr. Kennedy crawls to the body of Shawn Michaels and drives his forearm in to the face of Shawn Michaels for the cover. 1...2...Shawn Michaels kicks out! Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and yells at the referee "C'MON!" Mr. Kennedy grabs Shawn Michaels by a handful of hair and picks him up to his feet. Mr. Kennedy grabs Shawn Michaels by the arm and pulls him out of the corner towards himself and Mr. Kennedy picks Shawn Michaels up on his shoulder and plants him in the mat with a spinebuster! Mr. Kennedy rolls over on his back and looks up at the ceiling in shock. Mr. Kennedy sits up and looks at the referee in shock as well and this time shakes his head. Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and leans against the ropes as he looks down at his chest which his red. Mr. Kennedy walks over to Shawn Michaels but Shawn Michaels grabs Mr. Kennedy's trunks and throws him throat first in the second rope. Shawn Michaels gets up to a vertical base as Mr. Kennedy leans back against the second rope staring at Shawn Michaels. Shawn Michaels runs off the ropes and Mr. Kennedy shoots up to his feet and Shawn Michaels runs towards Mr. Kennedy who attempts to lift Shawn Michaels above his head but Shawn Michaels slides off and lands on his feet behind Mr. Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy turns around and goes for a clothesline on Shawn Michaels but Shawn Michaels dodges as he runs behind Mr. Kennedy and rolls him up! 1...2...Mr. Kennedy kicks out!
Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet as does Michaels and Mr. Kennedy instantly takes Shawn Michaels down with a huge clothesline! Mr. Kennedy rests over Shawn Michaels' body and the referee goes down to make the count. 1...2...Shawn Michaels gets the shoulder up! Mr. Kennedy turns over on his back and looks up at the ceiling as Shawn Michaels sits up and holds the back of his head. Mr. Kennedy reaches out to the second rope and uses it to pull himself up to his feet. Mr. Kennedy looks at Shawn Michaels who sits on the mat and Mr. Kennedy nails Shawn Michaels in the jaw with a huge kick which takes Shawn Michaels down again. Mr. Kennedy falls back against the ropes and bounces off them and nails Shawn Michaels in the top of the head with a huge knee drop. Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and looks down at Shawn Michaels. Mr. Kennedy looks up in to the crowd and yells "KENNEDY!" Mr. Kennedy picks Shawn Michaels up to his feet but Shawn Michaels drives his shoulder in to the gut of Mr. Kennedy and backs him in to the corner. Shawn Michaels gets up and nails Mr. Kennedy in the jaw with a huge right hand. Shawn Michaels grabs Mr. Kennedy by the arm and irish whips him in to the opposite corner. Shawn Michaels walks over to Mr. Kennedy in the corner and nails him with a huge right hand to the jaw. Shawn Michaels grabs Mr. Kennedy by the hair and pulls him out of the corner to the middle of the ring. Shawn Michaels lifts Mr. Kennedy up and slams him down on the mat with a scoop slam! Shawn Michaels backs away from Mr. Kennedy a little bit and then drops himself down by Mr. Kennedy and nails Kennedy in the top of the head with a hard right hand. Mr. Kennedy sits up and holds his head in pain as Shawn Michaels gets up to his feet. Shawn Michaels pulls his tights up and kicks Mr. Kennedy in back hard! Mr. Kennedy screams in pain as he holds his back. Shawn Michaels drops to his knees and drives his elbow in to the trapezoid muscle of Mr. Kennedy and then applies a chin lock. Shawn Michaels takes Mr. Kennedy down to the mat and applies more pressure on the chin lock as Kennedy keeps yelling "NO!" as the referee asks him if he gives up. Mr. Kennedy starts to power his way up as the fans boo. Mr. Kennedy elbows Shawn Michaels in the gut once, and then once more to get free. Mr. Kennedy runs away from Shawn Michaels towards the ropes but Shawn Michaels throws Mr. Kennedy down on the back of his head. Shawn Michaels goes down and hooks the leg of Mr. Kennedy for the cover. 1...2...Mr. Kennedy just barely gets the shoulder up!
Shawn Michaels grabs Mr. Kennedy by the head and picks him up to his feet. Shawn Michaels grabs Mr. Kennedy by the hair and says something in his face. Shawn Michaels turns around and sees Samantha walking down the rampway to a ton of heat from the fans. Shawn Michaels throws Mr. Kennedy down to the mat face first as Shawn Michaels stands by the ropes and yells at Samantha saying, "You better not get involved!" The referee gets in front of Shawn Michaels as tells Samantha to go to the back. Shawn Michaels turns around and Mr. Kennedy is up to his feet and Mr. Kennedy sets Shawn Michaels up for the mic check, but Shawn Michaels gets free and throws Mr. Kennedy through the middle and top rope to the outside of the ring and Mr. Kennedy lands on top of Samantha! Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and looks down at Samantha in shock. Mr. Kennedy shakes his head and then backs up to the apron. Mr. Kennedy crawls under the bottom rope back in to the ring as he continues to stare at Samantha who sits up and holds her head. Mr. Kennedy turns around and Shawn Michaels quickly goes for sweet chin music but Mr. Kennedy dodges and shoots off the ropes like a cheetah. Shawn Michaels turns around and Mr. Kennedy takes Shawn Michaels down with a huge big boot to the jaw! Mr. Kennedy looks back and Samantha is on her feet against the steel steps holding her head. Randy Orton walks down the rampway with the UWA Championship slowly and the fans boo. Mr. Kennedy lowers his head and looks down at the mat. Mr. Kennedy turns around and nails Shawn Michaels in the top of the head with a huge knee drop. Mr. Kennedy drives his forearm in the face of Shawn Michaels for the pin fall. 1...2...Shawn Michaels kicks out. Mr. Kennedy and Randy Orton stare down each other. Randy Orton holds up the UWA Championship as Mr. Kennedy looks on. Randy Orton points at Mr. Kennedy and then Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton instructs Mr. Kennedy to hurt Shawn Michaels. Mr. Kennedy walks to the corner and unties the knot in the top turnbuckle and pulls off the top turnbuckle padding to expose the steel. Mr. Kennedy drops the padding down to the floor as the referee sees none of this as he takes care of Randy Orton and Samantha on the outside. Mr. Kennedy turns around and walks over to Shawn Michaels but Shawn Michaels cradles Mr. Kennedy up and the referee finally sees it. 1...2...Mr. Kennedy kicks out!
Both men get up to their feet and Shawn Michaels runs at Mr. Kennedy but Mr. Kennedy picks Shawn Michaels up high and throws him down throat first on the top rope and Shawn Michaels bounces back to the center of the ring. Shawn Michaels crawls to the ropes and leans against the bottom rope as he holds his throat. Shawn Michaels crawls towards the corner and sits in there as he leans against the bottom turnbuckle. Mr. Kennedy realizes it and runs at Shawn Michaels and nails him with a huge running face wash in the corner! Randy Orton applauds on the outside of the ring as Mr. Kennedy grabs Shawn Michaels by the leg and drags him to the middle of the ring and hooks the leg of Shawn Michaels for the cover. 1...2...Shawn Michaels kicks out! Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and stomps on the right knee of Shawn Michaels. Mr. Kennedy jumps up and hits Shawn Michaels right knee with a huge knee drop! Mr. Kennedy pulls on Shawn Michaels leg and applies tons of pressure. Shawn Michaels' uses his free leg and kicks Mr. Kennedy across the bridge of the nose. Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and staggers to maintain his balance as he holds his nose. Shawn Michaels gets up to his feet and hits Mr. Kennedy with a hard atomic drop and then picks Mr. Kennedy up and slams him in the middle of the ring with a scoop slam. Shawn Michaels steps out through the ropes and on to the apron. Shawn Michaels steps up to the second turnbuckle and then the top turnbuckle and the fans give Shawn Michaels' a mixed reaction. Shawn Michaels jumps off the top turnbuckle towards Mr. Kennedy and Shawn Michaels drives his elbow in to the chest of Mr. Kennedy with a hard elbow drop! Shawn Michaels bursts up to his feet and goes bizarre as the fans give him a mixed reaction. Randy Orton jumps up on the apron and Shawn Michaels gets closer to him as both men go face to face. Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet behind Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton jumps off the apron. Shawn Michaels turns around and Mr. Kennedy grabs on to Shawn Michaels and takes him down with a huge mic check! Mr. Kennedy turns Shawn Michaels over and hooks the leg of Shawn Michaels for the cover. 1...2...3!

Mr. Kennedy gets up to his feet and raises his arm in victory as the fans boo Mr. Kennedy. Randy Orton and Samantha enter the ring and raise Mr. Kennedy's arm as Randy Orton also holds up the UWA Championship. Mr. Kennedy turns his head and looks at the UWA Championship like he wants it. Randy Orton drops Mr. Kennedy's arm and Randy Orton and Mr. Kennedy go face to face as Mr. Kennedy doesn't take his eyes off the UWA Championship. The fans break out in a "KENNEDY! KENNEDY!" chant. Suddenly... THE LIGHTS GO OUT! The fans in the arena go absolutely wild as it's pitch black in the arena. Suddenly, The Undertaker's voice is heard over the PA.
The Undertaker: Randy! Samantha! Last night, you played some little game and caused me to lose. But tonight, I'm the one who plays the games. Randy, Samantha, I want both of you to stay at ring side, 'cause ya see, my match is next, and I want you two to watch up close and personal. And don't forget you two, I get the final word in everything. And I also get the last laugh!
The Undertaker starts to laugh over the PA as the fans go wild. The lights go out once again and the fans go even more crazier. The lights come back on and Shawn Michaels suddenly is up to his feet and takes Randy Orton down with a huge sweet chin music under the chin! The fans pop as Shawn Michaels looks down at Randy Orton as Mr. Kennedy is on the outside of the ring and continues to stare at the UWA Championship which is now laying freely on the canvas. Samantha goes down and checks on her husband, Randy Orton as Shawn Michaels exits the ring and walks up the rampway. Mr. Kennedy sticks his hand in the ring and drags the UWA Championship to the apron. Mr. Kennedy licks his lips and says, "Soon you'll be mine! Soon you'll be mine!" as he looks at the UWA Championship. Mr. Kennedy throws the United States Championship over his shoulder and walks around the ring post and up the rampway as the cameras fade.

| 'This Fire Burns' plays and CM Punk runs out from behind the curtain to a huge pop from the fans.
Jim Ross: CM Punk was in a match earlier tonight with another member of the ministry, it was Kane and it was a qualifying match for the 10 man battle royal at New Years Bash. It was a double count out, so Michael made both, Kane and CM Punk official for the 10 man battle royal, but before that, CM Punk kicked Paul Bearer in the head which leads us to this match.
'Ministry' plays and The Undertaker walks out alone to a huge pop from the fans as well.
CM Punk vs The Undertaker
Ding...Ding...Ding!
The Undertaker runs out of his corner towards CM Punk and tries to corner him. The Undertaker goes for a right hand but CM Punk dodges and The Undertaker falls in to the corner as CM Punk backs up to the middle of the ring. The Undertaker strokes his fingers through his goatee as CM Punk rotates his head. The Undertaker and CM Punk run at each other and tie up. The Undertaker twists CM Punk's arm back and applies a hammerlock but CM Punk elbows The Undertaker in the jaw and The Undertaker falls back in the corner. CM Punk runs at The Undertaker in the corner and goes for a running knee but The Undertaker blocks it and picks CM Punk up on his shoulders. The Undertaker runs to the ropes and throws CM Punk throat first on the top rope. CM Punk leans back against the top rope and The Undertaker nails CM Punk in the jaw with a big boot and CM Punk falls over the top rope to the outside of the ring and falls back against the announce table. The Undertaker climbs up to the top turnbuckle and CM Punk recovers and runs up to the apron. CM Punk nails The Undertaker with huge right hands to the jaw and joins him on the top turnbuckle. The Undertaker grabs CM Punk by the throat but CM Punk slaps The Undertaker hard across the chest. CM Punk throws The Undertaker's arm up and around his neck and grabs a hold of The Undertaker's tights. CM Punk tries to lift The Undertaker but The Undertaker holds on to the top turnbuckle to block it. The Undertaker nails CM Punk in the gut with a huge right hand and then grabs CM Punk by the tights and tries to pick him up in a suplex position but CM Punk blocks it and lands on his feet on the second turnbuckle. CM Punk finally lifts The Undertaker up and jumps off the second turnbuckle and both men crash on the floor with a huge superplex! The fans go wild as CM Punk sits up and holds his back as The Undertaker lays motionless on the floor. CM Punk reaches out to the ring skirt and uses it to pull himself up to one knee and then he uses the second rope to pull himself up to a vertical base. CM Punk stares at The Undertaker on the floor but all of a sudden, The Undertaker sits up. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and CM Punk charges at The Undertaker but The Undertaker takes CM Punk down with a big boot on the floor. The Undertaker looks up at the stage and Randy Orton and Samantha walk down the stage together as Randy Orton holds his chin with one hand and holds his UWA Championship with the other. The Undertaker nods and tells Randy Orton to watch. The Undertaker grabs CM Punk by the hair and picks him up to his feet. The Undertaker lifts CM Punk up above his head and throws CM Punk rib cage first in the steel ring post and then crashes on the floor. The Undertaker notices the ring out count and rolls under the bottom rope to the inside of the ring and rolls back to the outside to restart the count.
The Undertaker walks over to the announce table and fully clears it completely. The Undertaker pulls a monitor off it's wife and holds it in his hand as he looks at Punk who has his back turned to 'Taker as he stands a vertical base. The referee pleads to Undertaker not to hit him and The Undertaker looks up at the roof of the arena. The Undertaker looks over his shoulder as Randy Orton and Samantha stand by the steel steps staring at The Undertaker. The Undertaker changes his direction and nails Randy Orton in the head with a monitor. Randy Orton falls back against the barricade and uses it to keep him on his feet and then The Undertaker turns to Samantha. The Undertaker grabs her by the throat and the fans go absolutely wild. CM Punk climbs up on to the apron and then climbs up to the top turnbuckle. The Undertaker throws Samantha against the barricade as he turns around as CM Punk jumps off the top turnbuckle and The Undertaker catches CM Punk in a bear hug position. The Undertaker runs at the steel ring post and rams CM Punk spine first in the steel ring post and Punk drops down to his knees as the fans go wild and break out in a "Undertaker! Undertaker!" chant. The Undertaker grabs CM Punk by the hair and throws him under the bottom rope in to the ring. The Undertaker crawls under the bottom rope in to the ring and drives his forearm in the face of CM Punk and the referee goes down to make the count. 1...2...CM Punk kicks out! The Undertaker grinds his forearm in the face of CM Punk and CM Punk screams in pain. The Undertaker breaks it up and gets up to his feet. The Undertaker bounces back off the ropes and nails CM Punk across the chest with a huge leg drop! The Undertaker holds CM Punk's arm down and the referee goes down to make the count. 1...2...CM Punk kicks out! The Undertaker grabs CM Punk by the arm and lifts him up to his feet. The Undertaker twists the arm of CM Punk and drives his shoulder in to the arm of CM Punk. The Undertaker backs in to the corner and climbs up to the top turnbuckle and scales the top rope. The Undertaker jumps off the top rope and takes CM Punk down with old school! CM Punk grabs on to his nose as The Undertaker jumps up and drives his elbow in to the back of CM Punk with an elbow drop and CM Punk rolls out on to the apron. CM Punk grabs on to the top rope and pulls himself up to his feet. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and stares at CM Punk on the apron. The Undertaker walks over to CM Punk and grabs a hold of Punk's hair and flips him over the top rope and back in to the ring! The Undertaker drops down to his knees and hooks the leg of CM Punk for the cover. 1...2...Randy Orton pulls on the leg of The Undertaker from the outside to break up the pin fall. The fans boo as Orton stands by the apron and stares at The Undertaker. The Undertaker winds up and kicks Randy Orton in the chest and Randy Orton falls back in to the barricade beside Samantha.
The Undertaker gets up to his feet and looks to the outside of Randy Orton. The Undertaker turns around and CM Punk picks The Undertaker up on his shoulders and throws The Undertaker off his shoulders and connects on The Undertaker with a huge GTS and The Undertaker drops to the mat like a ton of bricks as CM Punk falls over The Undertaker's body and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...The Undertaker gets the shoulder up and then sits up and the fans go wild. CM Punk looks at The Undertaker in shock and both men get up to their feet at the same time. CM Punk nails The Undertaker in the hamstring with a hard kick and The Undertaker retaliates with a huge right hand to the head of CM Punk. CM Punk retaliates with a forearm smash to the jaw of The Undertaker which sends The Undertaker back towards the ropes but The Undertaker launches himself off the ropes and nails CM Punk with a hard right hand and CM Punk drops down to the mat. CM Punk gets up to his feet right away and runs at The Undertaker and The Undertaker takes CM Punk down with a clothesline. CM Punk gets right back up to his feet and The Undertaker goes for another clothesline but CM Punk dodges and runs off the ropes and The Undertaker runs at CM Punk and takes him down with a flying clothesline and the fans go wild. CM Punk gets up to his feet and staggers and The Undertaker kicks CM Punk in the gut. The Undertaker shoots off the ropes back towards CM Punk and plants him in the mat head first with a running DDT! The Undertaker turns CM Punk over on his back and hooks the leg of Punk for the cover. 1...2...CM Punk kicks out! The Undertaker gets up to his feet and falls back against the ropes. CM Punk gets up to his feet and turns around to The Undertaker. The Undertaker runs towards CM Punk but CM Punk connects with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker to The Undertaker and then drops him on the mat. CM Punk topples over the body of The Undertaker and hooks the leg for the cover. 1...2...The Undertaker gets the shoulder up! The Undertaker grabs a hold of the second rope and pulls himself up to his knees. The Undertaker grabs on to the top rope and pulls himself up to a vertical base. The Undertaker turns around to the awaiting CM Punk and The Undertaker immediately goes for a clothesline but CM Punk dodges and then picks The Undertaker up in a reverse suplex position and throws him down with a facebuster and the fans give Punk a mixed reaction. CM Punk turns The Undertaker over on his back and hooks the leg of Undertaker for the cover. 1...2...The Undertaker kicks out and the fans go wild!
Randy Orton and Samantha jump up to the apron and the referee gets distracted by the two. CM Punk stands behind the referee and stares at Randy Orton and Samantha. The Undertaker gets up to his feet and runs towards the ropes and takes Randy Orton off the apron with a running knee to the chest. The Undertaker lands on the apron and grabs a hold of the throat of Samantha. The Undertaker lifts Samantha up and looks down at the floor but Orton gets up to his knees and pulls Samantha out of the grip of The Undertaker. The Undertaker turns around and CM Punk picks The Undertaker up off the apron on both his shoulders. CM Punk walks to the middle of the ring and attempts the GTS but The Undertaker lands on his feet and grabs a hold of CM Punk's throat. The Undertaker grabs the tights of CM Punk and picks him up and throws him down to the mat with a huge chokeslam! The Undertaker leans against the ropes as the fans go wild. The Undertaker looks down at Randy Orton and Samantha and puts a satanic smile on his face before rolling his eyes behind his head and sticking out his tongue. The Undertaker turns around at CM Punk on his feet an The Undertaker picks CM Punk up and plants him on the top of his head in the mat with a tombstone piledriver! The Undertaker crosses the arms of CM Punk across his chest and the referee goes down to make the count. 1...2...3!

Jim Ross: BAH GAWD, KING! Look at this! Randy Orton is beating down The Undertaker!
Randy Orton pushes The Undertaker in to the corner and starts to nail him with huge right hands as Samantha stands on the apron and cheers her husband on! Big Show, A-Train, Kane and Brock Lesnar run down to the ring and Samantha and Orton get out of the ring area and walk up the rampway. The Undertaker exits the ring and chases Randy Orton and Samantha up the rampway as Kane, Lesnar, A-Train and Big Show follow. Randy Orton and Samantha stop at the top of the stage as Elijah Burke and Shelton Benjamin appear on the top of the stage to confront Orton and Samantha. Big Show, A-Train, Brock Lesnar, Kane, Elijah Burke and Shelton Benjamin attack Randy Orton on the rampway and take the champion down with huge right hands. Samantha screams as the fans give a mixed reaction to the beat down. Samantha turns around and The Undertaker grabs a hold of Samantha's throat and the fans go absolutely wild! The Undertaker drags Samantha to the edge of the stage and the fans go wild. The Undertaker yells "STOP!" to the ministry and they stop beating down Randy Orton. The Undertaker says "Hold him up and make him watch!" Big Show grabs Randy Orton by the chin and holds him up so he can see Samantha in the grip of The Undertaker. Randy Orton tries to get free of Big Show's grip but A-Train and Kane now hold him down. Randy Orton yells "NO! PLEASE! DON'T!" The Undertaker looks at Randy Orton and then rolls his eyes behind his head. The Undertaker lifts Samantha up and chokeslams her off the stage and through a ton of production wires and ropes! Randy Orton looks at The Undertaker in shock as Big Show grabs Randy Orton by the back of the head and throws him down face first on the stage. The ministry walk behind the curtain as a pack as the fans go wild. Randy Orton crawls along the stage to the edge and looks down as Samantha lays motionless on the wires after being chokeslammed off the stage. The cameras zoom in on Samantha as she lays motionless.
Jim Ross: My god, King.
Jerry Lawler: We knew that The Undertaker could do bad things, but did we ever expect him to go to this length. I mean, he chokeslammed a poor women off the top of the stage and through production wires and everything else.
EMTS come out with a stretcher and clear way for Samantha so they can get her up on the stretcher as Orton looks down from the top of the stage as he holds the UWA Championship close to him.

Backstage we find The Undertaker along with the ministry. Todd Grisham runs in to them.
Todd Grisham: Um, Undertaker! Please, could you explain your actions to the entire world! Why did you just chokeslam Randy Orton's wife, Samantha off the stage!?
The Undertaker: I am the master of the mind games. And I told you, I am the one who gets the last laugh. So who's laughing now, Todd. Definitely not Randy! And Randy, New Years Bash, you better hope that I get the UWA Championship, or else, whether you keep it, or Shawn Michaels' wins it, I'll be on you like a bulldog when he smells flesh and blood. Watch your back, Orton!
The Undertaker laughs satanically a he and the ministry walk off the scene.
We look in the ring now and we see the Cutting Edge equipment set up.
'You Think You Know Me' is heard followed by 'Metalingus' and Edge walks out from behind the curtain to a huge pop from his hometown crowd!
Edge picks up a microphone and puts a smile on his face.
Edge: WELCOME to the Cutting Edge!
The fans pop.
Edge: And what a perfect place to debut. In Edge's hometown, in Edge country. In Toronto, Canada!
The fans pop even louder than before.
Edge: Now, tonight we've seen many huge things. We've seen CM Punk in two matches. We've seen Shawn Michaels go one on one with Mr. Kennedy. A triple threat elimination match at New Years Bash between The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton for the UWA Championship. Mr. Kennedy vs Chris Jericho has also been announced and another huge thing that has happened tonight, hell, it happened moments ago, The Undertaker chokeslammed Randy Orton's wife off the stage and through the production wires and tables and everything else that's there!
The fans pop.
Edge: But there is one thing that outshines all of that put together! The first ever Cutting Edge in UWA!
The fans go nuts.
Edge: It's been the most talked about topic in the backstage area when I announced it would happen after UWA went off the air last week. I've prepared a huge show for the fans. But first, let me bring out my friends. The three guys I have grown to appreciate ever since the debut show of UWA. First, Umaga!
'Virtual Voodoo' plays and Umaga walks out to a mixed reaction from the fans.
Edge: And Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder!
'In The Middle Of It Now' plays and Hawkins and Ryder come out to a mixed reaction from the fans.
Edge: These three guys have been with me from the start. That includes Hawkins and Ryder because ya see, even before they were signed to UWA, we were setting this up. We were setting John Cena up. We had John Cena as our target, but as of last night, our targets are now John Cena and Batista.
The fans boo at John Cena and Batista's mention.
Edge: Now, last night, Umaga and I, we may have lost. But we accomplished what we set out to do. Hurt John Cena and whoever his partner was and that turned out to be Batista. But I just have to let something off my chest, because ya see, everyone knows it. I know it, Umaga knows it, Hawkins and Ryder know it. John Cena and Batista's victory was a fluke. But before we get in to that, before we get in to all of that, lets bring out our special guest. No, wait, GUESTS!
'My Times Is Now' plays and John Cena walks out to a ton of heat from the fans.
'I Walk Alone' plays and Batista walks out to a mixed reaction from the Canadian crowd in Toronto.
Edge: Thank you for being on the show, guys.
Batista: I couldn't help but over listen while in the back, but did I hear you say our victory was a fluke?
Edge nods. Batista nods as well and walks to the ropes. He gets two steel chairs and opens them up as he sets them down on the mat. John Cena and Batista sit down on the chair and relax.
Batista: Quite frankly, Edge. I'm quite curious to see what you have to say. So, go right ahead. Cena and myself, we're relaxed. We're comfortable. And we're all ears.
Edge: OK, OK, you wanna know why? It's quite simple. John Cena waited until the exact minute, the exact second, the exact event to choose his partner! It wasn't fair!!! Ya see, because of that, Umaga and I, we couldn't...
John Cena: Hold on! Hold on! Hold on!
The fans boo as Cena speaks and Edge laughs as Cena laughs as well.
John Cena: You said I had a mystery partner of my choosing. You didn't say anything about time, place, or anything. And I took that opportunity and I chose my partner at the pay-per-view event.
The fans boo as Edge strokes his hair back and nods.
Edge: OK. I guess you can't have that, but I have something else. THIS!
Edge turns to the titantron as do the others and we see the beat down after the tag team match from last night.
We come back live and Edge smiles as the fans cheer while John Cena laughs as Batista has a smirk on his face.
Batista: Edge. You're lucky that happened last night. In my debut UWA match. But one thing is for damn sure! And that's if you even try that shit again, I swear, I will take your head and bash it through anything I can see! Whether it be a chair, a monitor, the barricade, the titantron, the stage, I don't care, even if it is through Umaga's chest, but if you EVER try that shit again, I will hurt you!
The fans boo as Edge stands up and stands behind Umaga.
Edge: Oh, oh, Batista is threatening me! I'm so scared! Listen to me, you son of a bitch! This is my show!
Batista: What did you call me?
Edge: This is my show, Batista. I call the shots. I ask the questions. You don't. You're my guest. So sit down. But now, let me ask a question to the both of you's. I mean, you got lucky last night, I'll give that to ya, but do you honestly think that you could take Umaga and myself one more time? Because quite frankly, I don't. Quite frankly, I think you two will be scared to do it again because you're both pussbags!
The fans go nuts and laugh at the same time as Batista and John Cena both get out of their chairs.
Edge: SIT DOWN, DAMMIT! Answer my question! Do you honestly think you can do it again?
John Cena raises the microphone up to his mouth but Edge cuts him off.
Edge: Wait! Before you answer that. I should inform you on something.
Edge puts a smile on his face and slightly laughs.
Edge: One more time. It's Edge and Umaga, teaming up, to take on, you, John Cena. And you, Batista. It's going to be a tag team match. One more time. No, not next week. Not tonight. But in three weeks. At New Years Bash. But this ain't any old tag team match, it is a tag team match... but it's also going to be a STREET FIGHT TAG TEAM MATCH!
The fans pop at the announcement as John Cena and Batista nod in approval in the ring. Umaga unleashes now and takes Batista down with a clothesline. Edge laughs as Umaga powers Cena to the corner and nails him with hard right hands. Batista gets up to his knees and Edge nails Batista in the side of the head with a huge kick to the head. Edge and Umaga exchange glances and then go back to their man. Edge tries to pick Batista up but Batista picks Edge up on his shoulder and plants him in the mat with a spinebuster and the fans instantly boo. Edge rolls to the outside of the ring. Curt Hawkins runs at Batista but Batista hits Hawkins with a back body drop over the top rope but Hawkins lands on the apron. Zack Ryder runs at Batista but Batista side steps Zack Ryder and throws him over the top rope in to Curt Hawkins and both men fall down to the floor beside Edge. Umaga turns around and Batista hits him with a spinebuster and Umaga rolls to the outside of the ring to join Edge, Hawkins and Ryder. Batista goes crazy as the fans boo. Cena turns and looks down at Edge, Umaga, Hawkins and Ryder while Batista poses to the crowd with his back turned to Cena. Cena and Batista back away from their respective sides at the same time and hit backs with each other. Batista and Cena turn around right away and raise their fists as Cena and Batista stare at each other. Batista and Cena drop their fists and look to the outside at Edge, Umaga, Hawkins and Ryder. Edge keeps screaming "New Years Bash, your asses are ours!" Edge backs up the rampway with Umaga, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder. The cameras zoom in on Batista and John Cena as the cameras fade to end the show.
